I'll give you a tip don't listen to this robot,Listen You should be eating alot of meat if you want to gain big muscles, that saying you are what you eat is basically true, Eat lots of meat,White meats found in fish,White rice,Vegetables like esparaghas and Tomamatos, NO milk, unless it's 2% or like fat free no milk.

sucked!!! Red meat and omega are not the only sources of proteins. Cereals, milk, and some wheat products are also good sources (for the Veggies).
