I really needed to be ministered too and this song did it right for me. I went through some bad hurts in my life and could not forgive, I hated, and held the anger inside and it caused lots of problems for me. I lost almost everything even the ones closest to me, I almost lost it all but Jesus through this song allowed me to cry and let all my pain and hurts go, it made me forgive everyone that hurt me, Cause I don't want the hurts and pain no more. it matters not what your age is friend..you're aren't going anywhere till the Lord calls you home. Yes He cares very deeply..His own words from His own mouth say that He does. He is with you..right now..He sees your tears, He hurts for you. The one thing we have to remember is though things seem so out of control, God is always in control. Some also take longer to do His will as may be with your family. Do not give up my friend. Do not beat yourself up. another post coming.
You must pray and let Jesus take the intense hurt from your heart. Ask Him my friend to replace the hurt with His peace..the kind that only He can give. I have went through this with my own mother. Opposite ends of the spectrum but still the same hurt. Reconciliation took years, despite how hard I tried to make it happen. See the error in what I just said--- I tried. I had to stop trying and place it in the hands of our Savior. Ask for His peace my friend..

Yes they can. Forgiving yourself is very important too. If you have repented and asked the Lord to forgive you and your heart is sincere then He has. You may have to live with consequences of your actions, but you are forgiven in His eyes. Will these thoughts haunt you..maybe..we do have an enemy who loves to remind us of things and dig at us..BUT..1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Its done.
I heard this song for the fist time on Easter sunday and I immediately started to cry. I'm a 37 year old man with a very bad anger problem. I found out that a friend that i loved was backstabbing me. This song is helping me with the pain. I'm putting in GOD's hands. i just pray that he shows me the way to overcome the hurt inside.
Hurt from those we love is the worst pain. Putting it in God's hands is the only way to get rid of it. I don't know how He takes us through it, but He does. I really needed to be ministered too and this song did it right for me. I went through some bad hurts in my life and could not forgive, I hated, and held the anger inside and it caused lots of problems for me. I lost almost everything even the ones closest to me, I almost lost it all but Jesus through this song allowed me to cry and let all my pain and hurts go, it made me forgive everyone that hurt me, Cause I don't want the hurts and pain no more. I love you Jesus.

This brother is singing the words I pray so often and I know it's reality for The Father blessed me with such a heart. The other side of the coin is that when I already forget and moved further the other person is still struggling and blames me again for being so heartless. Sometimes life is so strange. it matters not what your age is friend..you're aren't going anywhere till the Lord calls you home. Yes He cares very deeply..His own words from His own mouth say that He does. He is with you..right now..He sees your tears, He hurts for you. The one thing we have to remember is though things seem so out of control, God is always in control. Some also take longer to do His will as may be with your family. Do not give up my friend. Do not beat yourself up. another post coming.

You must pray and let Jesus take the intense hurt from your heart. Ask Him my friend to replace the hurt with His peace..the kind that only He can give. I have went through this with my own mother. Opposite ends of the spectrum but still the same hurt. Reconciliation took years, despite how hard I tried to make it happen. See the error in what I just said--- I tried. I had to stop trying and place it in the hands of our Savior. Ask for His peace my friend..

there is immense freedom in letting it go. I know that sounds odd, but, that's how it works. To feel something "may" happen doesn't mean it will. We must keep forgiving though..its our soul that's in torment if we hold it all in. God is faithful to grant us much peace when we walk according to His word..and His word is forgiveness..70 x 7 ..Blessings and Peace be unto you

Yes they can. Forgiving yourself is very important too. If you have repented and asked the Lord to forgive you and your heart is sincere then He has. You may have to live with consequences of your actions, but you are forgiven in His eyes. Will these thoughts haunt you..maybe..we do have an enemy who loves to remind us of things and dig at us..BUT..1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Its done.

I heard this song for the fist time on Easter sunday and I immediately started to cry. I'm a 37 year old man with a very bad anger problem. I found out that a friend that i loved was backstabbing me. This song is helping me with the pain. I'm putting in GOD's hands. i just pray that he shows me the way to overcome the hurt inside.

Hurt from those we love is the worst pain. Putting it in God's hands is the only way to get rid of it. I don't know how He takes us through it, but He does. The memory of something may be there, but God is merciful to remove the pain associated with it. I'm agreeing with you in your prayer for the hurt to be removed.
