Where the fuck did this come from? Picture quality is exceptional. I was at this gig, about the last but two they played, got back stage and met them. I remember Foxton being in a bad mood and Weller more bothered about combing his hair than talking to us.
@robert367 errrrr.....yes, remarkably, it is indeed myself and my mates Brian "B" Lacey & Chris "Nana" Underwood of Tamworth....remember skipping off school and riding to Birmingham on my Vespa Douglas 100 before getting into the soundcheck....amazing to see this now though!
There is loads of footage of this about, i see this years ago i think it starts when they come down the stairs of of a hotel in birmingham they interview john weller and then you see them chatting on the coach. From what i remember there must be 8 hours plus of this footage and to think that when they released the original video it was whittled down to half hour.
fantastic vids everytime dude take a bow dont be so mod....est lol ...if there was ever a band on the planet that needs to get back together its the jam ....just for a swansong it would be excellent
What a fantastic post!... a behind the scene look at "the scene". While I never got to see the Jam, I am forever changed by their music. Now- let's get some heat on in there for the kids! Thank you "theaceface" we owe you!
Awww! With little Mark Mortimer (DC FONTANA) at the front! How cool is that !

best band weller ever had. his thought they wouldn't be able to keep up with his move to soul was ridiculous.
