  • i agree.. let yourself relax and flow a little more. check out my page for some video i had taken of my form. dont be afraid to extend a little more with each stride

  • You're way too stiff. Relax and let your mid-foot/forefoot junction fall naturally.

I transitioned in 4 months in total (you may call me foolish), but once I started, I didn't use anything but minimalist shoes, whatever the mileage. It hurt like hell, but I just ran through it, adapting my style.

My advice to you would be to enjoy yourself and just let the muscles relax and land in a supple way... its difficult to get across, but once you get it, there's no way you'll EVER go back.

  • You want to make sure your head doesn't bob up and down, it needs to stay level. If you can get that fixed, your hip angle, knee angle, etc. All fall into place.

  • cartman isn't very helpful. your form looks fine but most importantly you want to be able to run without pain. i don't think running barefoot on roads is helpful anymore. i used to do it and it definitely improved my form but overall it's just too harsh on the metatarsals. barefoot is best suited for dirt or sand. minimalist shoes are best for roads

  • Your Back looks very stiff, no way you can achieve anything with this back
