  • @unrealowner Don't be mad at me because you don't know what a pull up is (because you have never done one in your life). So yeah you should probably spend less time fighting with people on workout videos actually start working out yourself.

  • @AiriasasFTW Like any other muscle, 6-8 weeks until a noticeable difference occurs. But you should do other exercises as opposed to just pull ups, or you'll look disproportionate, and you'll end up having skeletal problems.

  • @PaDGuitars damn im already look disproportionate, but i do other exercises like bench press, biceps pull ups, L sit, crunches, shoulder wide push ups... My right arm is much stronger, lat and arm are bigger too than left. But skelet and back is straight, hope i don't have that problem

  • @DarkForm31 Hi! I had the same problem when i was beginning. You need to jump up and then go down slowly so your muscles will have to brake against gravity (its called negative "pull ups" i think). It worked for me. Within 2 or 3 weeks you will certainly be able to pull yourself up.

  • 4-5 days rest ...its too many days.....=>5 wrokouts for one day and the day after just rest =) after each 5 workouts im using dextrose ( wine sugar ...50g per serving) those workouts saved a lot of my money =)

    third day neck,squats,lower back,abs

    forth day again push ups

    fifth day again pull ups

    sixth day again like in third...

    seventh day again push ups

    Is this good or no?

  • @SuperPavian it is not! Your muscles need recovery time to grow. Do exercises two days and take one day free, and so on.

  • @SuperPavian it is better to train muscles in groups - like biceps and back on Monday, triceps chest on Tuesday etc. Rest in is important that you recover energy and work to the maximum in your sets. Muscles grow while resting. Believe, progress will be much better by this system.

  • @monkeychopsinpreston not really. It depends on the routine. I know a few people who do back and biceps, then chest and tri's on other days.

  • @SuperPavian What about quadriceps, hamstrings and the other leg muscles? You need to balance the bodys muscle strength, even if its boring.

  • @SuperPavian At the end of this video there's leg exercises for bottocks, quadriceps, hamstring, calf and adductors. I guess you can make at least one day a week for leg workout. Pick maybe one exercise per musclegroup if you do the legs twice a week, if you do legs twice a week then one exercise per musclegroup should do. But im no expert, that's just what I would do.

    one day push ups

    second day pull ups

    third day abs, lower back

    fourth rest

    fifth push ups

    sixth day pull ups

    seventh rest :))

  • The motion in this video isn't very good, nor is the advice to "not swing forwards or backwards" because if you did that on a regular pull up bar your head would hit the bar on the way up. Plus a little movement is natural, moving your legs forward slightly will cause your upper body to lean back a little and put more emphasis on your back muscles as opposed to your arms, which is where a pull up should hit the hardest anyway.

  • its impossible to not hav your body forward i tried a pull-up without moving forward and i cant yet i can do like 20 non stop anybody finding it hard not to move your body forward, i do but it stays in one position as i pullup it doens't rock back and forth. advice? am i doing it right?
