That plan was ingenious but it was dumb how he decided to betray both FBI & his "friends" in the anit-government group & then talked to the bad guy & hesitated as opposed to shoot Wilson

I wouldn't hurt innocent people but I would get to him. I'm not sure it was hesitation on his part as much as it was they needed to give a realistic time frame for Jack and Renee to come in. If it was hesitation he wouldn't have continued after the gun when he was shot by Renee
