Boies makes a great point about interracial marriages. Simply put, civil liberties should not be put up to a vote. Civil liberties are simply given to a minority so that they can live their civic lives as the majority does. Prop 8 is going to the Ninth Circuit Court and I hope that this is going to pave the way for all LGBT people to get married in all states
