it does not take a few years to get abs... first of all it depends how fat you are and second you need to diet as well as exercise, dumb fuck. I am 5 feet 7 inches and I used to weigh 172 pounds and I burned fat and went down to 155 and put on 10 pounds in muscle and I got a mad six pack :D and I did it in 6 months
man, where did u learned all those workouts such like overhead squats and lunge and press, you also perform them properly. i know cos i get these kind of excercises with weights on my muay thai boxing gym.. :p
I wish I could thumb up your reply haha but yeah you're right. try a few months :] I've been on your program for 2 weeks and already starting to notice a 4 pack. Don't have money for kettlebells, but fuck I'm swinging barbells n stones around n its been working just fine for the swings n get ups

hi im 13 and i was like 150 punds now im a healthy 125. try doing exercises with weights little by little. get your heart rate up. do some strength training and some cardio. hope i helped =)
