Yes it's still going for the time being. Till now they have dubbed till episode 195 and these have been released in DVDs. In April 25th they will release episodes 196-206. After that unfortunately we don't know if they will continue it.

@firrinnaruto :/ Actually I think Skypiea is a good place to start. Luffy's seiyuu among other voice actors become a bit more dynamic. You must be used to watching dubs but One Piece is well voiced and Luffy doesn't Goten or Dark Magician Girl's voice.
