@ironraptorterror That's entirely because of his secondary weapon, the shining laser. He obviously saved up every single piece of money he got in the game just to blow it on that weapon. The shining laser, once its been upgraded enough, is easily the most broken in the game. You don't get it until the very end, at which point unless you knew it was coming you wouldn't be able to use it like this. If you don't have the beefed up laser then this fight can be ball bustingly difficult.

This game took me six or seven years to beat from 2000-2006. I guess I wasn't ready to beat a game like this when I started playing when I was like 9 or 8 with the never ending ruins, bosses, and all the items and weapons to find. The game can get pretty bleak sometimes with the dark ruins and creepy music. But never the less its one of the hardest and best games I've ever played

Its not exactly incomplete. There are 2 cliffhangers that I know of. 1). there is only a N64 version of Legends 1.

2). Legends 2 has a somewhat anticlimactic ending: Megaman is stuck on a space station with now way to get back to earth. The game ends with 3 characters arguing over how to build a rocket to get to the space station.

Technically if you consider the timeline of the series, Legends is the final series in the timeline. That would mean that this is the FINAL...FINAL...FINAL antagonist of Megaman, after Wily, Sigma...everybody. That makes this battle even more epic.
