No one can defend what happened to the daughter in foster care, and the man (if he actually did it) should have been tortured to death. However, in this case the children were properly taken away. Sorry, but that's the honest truth (and I'm someone who was in foster care).

Ok so take a step back from the situation, I know that's hard for you given you're her wife now. However, at the time she was an unemployed mother who was too stoned to see that her child had 3rd degree burns so bad that the child needed to be hospitalized. She and the boyfriend were convicted of child abuse. Who can honestly advocate for returning the children to the hands of their abuser?
now, the judge has forced james to join the military by promising him if he joined the army, he would let him out of state custody, off his meds, and get to come home to us for 2 weeks before shipping out to training. Children often want to be with their biological parents even though they were abused by them. That's very common. That's not a justifiable reason for returning them to their abusers. they send children back to meth cooks' and crackheads' homes every day. she was a 16 year old girl, a teenage mother. do you people even know the story? her boyfriend scalded katrina in bath water while she was cooking dinner. they took the girl and boy because she reported the burns the next day, not the night it happened. any new teenage mom could have made a mistake like that, and they do. she didnt get a second chance. she followed the rules of the court for 17 years,and raised another child
@2011blueman I know of hundreds of other cases when the child was not removed from abusive parents. My ex-wife is a foster mom and the caseworker sent the children back to meth cookers who are still out on bond! This system is so so screwed up!
@bulletinman - you're response is just a red herring fallacy. The fact is that this lady did endanger the welfare of her own children and the children were properly removed from her house. If this stripper's unsubstantiated allegations against the foster parents are true, then that's horrible. we just want james home now. i havent begun to touch lou and maryanns' house, or the placement of james in their home, how he is treated or what he is required to do there just yet. im working on that. everyone involved is gonna be brought to the public to answer for their actions where these kids are concerned, and their reasoning for keeping them. james can make this all go away if he just bolts like katrina did, and just come home. they cant do a thing if he does, because as i said hes 20.

The foster mom had her put on many medications she does not need due to the fact that all she wanted was more money every month. I grew up in foster care (from the ages of 3 to 18) and I NEVER had any problems with my foster families. The two families I lived with treated me like I was their own. I plan on becoming a foster parent after I get married. What you are doing here is no different than a person having one bad meal at a McDonalds who then makes youtube videos to try and convince the world that McDonalds is really an evil empire set on controlling the universe. @orangigan If one is abused that is too many. The Court and Caseworker knew of this ongoing abuse and did NOTHING. That makes the system so corrupt. One day the abusers will have to give an account to GOD about their actions.

now, the judge has forced james to join the military by promising him if he joined the army, he would let him out of state custody, off his meds, and get to come home to us for 2 weeks before shipping out to training. just know that i am katrina and james' father. a very pissed off father. my wife made a mistake as a teenage mother and lost 2 kids, first strike, no second chance. she follows the rules for 17 years, then when katrina is 19, and james 20, she introduces herself to them. they are allowed to meet, and visit, but then all of a sudden for no reason, things change. the caseworker tracy didnt turn personal info she had. the judge orders no contact, and they gave guardianship to pat martin

Children often want to be with their biological parents even though they were abused by them. That's very common. That's not a justifiable reason for returning them to their abusers. I have not even tried to contact Katrina, you see that is really not my place. Today, is not different for me than 1 week, 1 month or 1 year ago, if Katrina shared things with me, I listened gave my views, because she ask and that is where is began and ended. So you can take your "tone" to someone who truly deserve's it!! It because I do not!

@LiveLaughNlearn if your child was taken away, would you just let your child go, or would you walk through the fires of hell and over anyone and anything in the way to get them back? we followed all the rules, just to be walked on some more, because the state couldnt do their job, and those kids got hurt bad and for a long time. cover up that they didnt do their job at all costs even if it meant keeping them in custody forever. even when there IS NO GOOD REASON we cant have them back.

@MrWoundweaver .you are very correct, had any of my children placed into care, I would not have rested until I had my children back. I have never commented on why Katrina was taken into care, because I do not know exaclty why, nor have you heard me comment on why TPR happened, as I don't know that either. I have only commented on what I know to be true. You don't know who I am, but I am not Lynne, or anyone who has ever tried to hurt or manipulate her. That is a fact!! Goodnight!

so, when katrinas story is finished for the world to hear how the state neglected to do their job, and continues to neglect their jobs, its gonna be on every news channel in the state. tracy called katrina the morning she left for home to us, and said she was gonna come by and check on her. did she? nope, because we had her all day and night already. i personally went and hand wrote my personal info for tracy to approve me to meet and go to katrinas graduation. did she try to get me approved? no

and for the love of god....... why are you people unjustly holding james? he graduated college, has no medical problems to warrant him staying in the system, he's 20, and he knows where his home is. at 21, your power ends, so why keep fighting us so hard? give him home to us, because you wont be having him for long to deal with, anyways. he doesnt feel like he belongs with lous family. he is a caucasian child. the state promised james and katrina they wouldnt split them up, and they did. why?

now, you are scrambling to rush james off to the military so we cant get him home as well. keeping contact cut until he is gone. well, we are talking to the US government about this as well. see, they dont like people with guns that have been FORCED into service. too unpredictable later, or something like that. so think about that before you ship him off. they will ship him right back. we have the circumstances in writing, by the way :)

they make decisions and keep the biological parent out in late night facebook pm's. theres no justice in this case with any of you people involved for either of the two children. can you not see that us as their parents, CARE DEEPLY, or we would have given up and let you keep them. you think that government office you work in, and those badges make you absolute rule and you can keep peoples' children as you please for whatever reason. well, even the cops you sent to our house said she is home.

google it, and see if it isnt true for the public to see. they blocked katrina from talking to james, so they can FORCE james to go into the marines, so he cant come home to mom, especially since we have katrina. tracy doesnt do home visits. i want to see the records of how many times she has been there in the last year. she doesnt, and she dont. also, it is also true all the caseworkers, judge, and foster parents are all involved outside of work, and are all friends on facebook.

if she was depressed, you people made her this way. she has been constant smiles since she has been here, except for the trip to the hospital, which mom and dad were both there for her to help her get through the pain. how about judge pelikan giving probation to a overland man for sodomizing a 11 year old girl?? he is too close to them, and refused contact for no good reason, except that he could. he makes a living stealing children, which they even gave him an award for how many hes taken.

how many visits have they made to pat's house to check on katrina?? how many to lou and maryann's to check on james?? ever taken them AWAY from the foster parents during visits, so they can speak freely?? of course not. because reported abuse doesnt yield money and paychecks. her 5 different doctors?? do they talk to one another about her and her "conditions"?? half of those meds are fighting side effects of the first half, and not needed. depressed?? i think not.

twice, two times I was at Pat's, & when I left I always told Katrina if she needed anything at all she could call me. I do not know James, or anything about his foster parents or his situation. However it amazes me that you must believe what you are saying, where did you get your information, really? You could have 20 doctors & that does not make a foster parent's pay increase. Katrina has shared many things bout her bio-logical family, but she never todl me that she had a DR in the family,

horrifying, and shocking what the state allowed to happen to them for so long. and i will let those that just liabled my wife know, youll be hearing from us soon. we know who you are. we had to take the poor girl for a cyst thats been building in her ear for quite awhile, but she is fine now. pat didnt give a damn, only for her biological daughter in louisiana. she only just got back today from new orleans, for chrissakes. shows how much she really cared.

I have friends that hav grown up in the foster care system and their foster parents used them for babysitting, money, and cleaning. I had a family friend who was put in foster care for no good reason. The children arent always abused or neglected to b put in foster care. She actually found out something about the family tht would've gotten her out but her caseworker didn't listen until months later when they found out themselves. I'm not saying this story isn't the full truth, but there are sto

I am having trouble understanding why this "mother" is so matter of fact about what her daughter has had to endure. She seems to be exploiting her child. The truth is, that there is very little truth in what was reported. Katrina has a story to be told, but you sir did not even come close to telling that story. DId it not occur to you why Katrina was still in care? You are so quick to show the medication she takes, but yet I didn't hear you state her very real medical conditions.

@LiveLaughNlearn I'm sorry but would you like to guess again. Her medical conditions are very Fake due to the fact that her foster mom took her to a well clinic paid for by the state. The foster mom had her put on many medications she does not need due to the fact that all she wanted was more money every month. Her conditions they claim she has are epilepsy, add, adhd, depression, attitude problems, and gasteroanteritis (unsure on spelling) but all of these are FAKE!!

@kotashoe ..were you aware that being someone's sister doesn't give you a higher power on telling the truth. There is no reason for me to say anything other than truth, there is no personel gain for myself. However, katrina herself has told me about her medical conditions, when she was in the hospital (not free clinic) having tests ran I could give you details, you see I have respect for Katrina & her privacy. @LiveLaughNlearn Im sorry but can you not read...i did NOT say free clinic i said WELL CLINIC it is state funded and will med them up with whatever the foster parents want...this would be the reason Kat is on meds from 5 different doctors and her stomach condition was from all the meds she was taking thank you very much..if your going to try and be a smart-ass then you might want to actually READ the things i said...thank you and have a nice night =)

@LiveLaughNlearn She has only taken her antibiotics for her ear and birth control and is now on vikaden because her foster mom went out of state and left her with a cyst in her ear. She is just fine without her other 8 medications. How about you find out the truth before you state your opinion....btw Katrina is my SISTER so I KNOW THIS IS TRUE!!!

I grew up in foster care (from the ages of 3 to 18) and I NEVER had any problems with my foster families. The two families I lived with treated me like I was their own. I plan on becoming a foster parent after I get married. What you are doing here is no different than a person having one bad meal at a McDonalds who then makes youtube videos to try and convince the world that McDonalds is really an evil empire set on controlling the universe. It is insane. You sir, are insane.

The caseworkers I have encountered and believe me I have encountered a few I wouldn't leave my dogs with.Since you know the real story why don't you make a video I would be glad to sit down and you can tell us how many lives you saved this year!

Once again, get both sides of a story before you go posting a video. And foster care being "satanic"? Would you rather children stay in abusive homes that to be put somewhere safe because of one unfortunate circumstance. I know of dozens of loving foster parents who do the right thing. There are going to be foster parents who abuse children just like there are birth and adoptive parents who abuse children. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience, but that doesn't mean everyone does.

@orangigan If one is abused that is too many. The Court and Caseworker knew of this ongoing abuse and did NOTHING. That makes the system so corrupt. One day the abusers will have to give an account to GOD about their actions.
