All this kid care about it attack stats and unbalanced stats. Just because one of a pokemon stats isn't drastically larger then all the others, doesn't mean they're bad. Also look at Gastrodons stats, speed may crap and defense on the lower end but it has a high HP of 111 base, and a above average attack (83) and special attack (92). Okay, all done. But if your comebacks I'm a pokemon geek, then thank you for noticing.

All of the pokemon you listed... really... are quite good. For one thing, any water type is really quite overpowered when it has a good ability. Jigglypuff is a great pokemon due to a good combo you can obtain. Combee obtains good moves as it levels, evolutions or not. You probably saw Pachirisu doesn't evolve, and it may not look good, but it's strong. The rest, it doesn't matter about stats, you obviously have never used a stat raising move, item, or created a stat raising team.

I think Shellos if okay. In Pearl I tag team 2 Gastrodon, they always worked well for me. Don't have anything against Buizel either but, Floatzel could have been better, Bibarel is fine if he is given the right moves but, Bidoof is bad before it evoles.

Competley agree with Unown, Combee, Pacharisu,

Pidgey, Jigglypuff, Kicketot are too much like other pokemon, like you said with Clefairy. Same for Spearow and Pidgey. Pidgeot's new ghost and fire moves make up for it.

Shellos' evolved form Gastrodon is an absolute beast defensively, and is a pretty good check to Kyogre in the Ubers metagame due to it's ability.

Buizel's evolution Floatzel is faaaaast and he hits pretty hard too, plus water's a great type.

Sunkern is the worst Pokemon in the game stat-wise, and it's evolved form is not much better, having high Sp.Atk is fine, but it's slow as hell and even with Chlorophyll it sucks, plus double--edged sword as it's weak to fire, lol.
