The Documentary on Andrea did have subtitles. I wish I could find the Documentary on him again. This scene and every other did have subtitles and he did speak some English. Anyway..the Video I am talking about is Where he gave a performance in NYC or I think it was actually Jersey. If he ever comes to Edmonton, I am so buying tickets even if they are 1000 bucks nose bleed seats.

well, i'm italian, so i think i can give you some assistance. andrea bocelli thanks his fans for all of the letters they keep on sending him. the first guy which appears is a performer who used to sing with him, the other man is another artist and bocelli explains what his new opera is about. he sais that the main character feels sad and lonely and that's why he would like to kill himself, but then, just before drinking a fatale poison, he calls devil's help and gives his soul to him.
