What double standard are you talking about? How can you compare breastfeeding with urination? Urinating in public is pretty bad for public health - see India and Pakistan for example - and it's just gross. But when it comes to breastfeeding, it's not like the woman is giving a shit on the pavement or anything.

The double standard is that it's generally a male cop that busts them and they'll generally let the woman off with a warning. In the UK, it is illegal to disturb a breastfeeding mother.
