I can understand younger ppl if they have a hard time with say... Neil Young, Black Sabbath and Rolling Stones, its kind of an heavy/noisy sound. When it comes to Queen and Beatles, its mostly rather plesant/melodic and easy to listen to(particulary Beatles) much like any pop (and yes, Queen is rock, but honestly not far from pop tbh).

So in this case its lack of enlightenment on the youngsters part.

And if you think about it, kids these days love electronic/"artificial music" compared to music in the 80's-90's that involved actually having talent in music. Why kids prefer it over this? I'm not going to say that ALL artists in this generation are bad, there are good singers, yet I am not at all convinced that you need talent to "make it" in the music industry nowadays. People still complain about slavery/discrimination in the 1600's-1700's, 9/11, etc.
