Anime is called "Basilisk", based on a manga by the same name. The most awesome Ninja series I have ever seen (sorry, Naruto). It even has a really dangerous ninja with no arms, legs, tentacles, wings or anything! Every last character has a demented body and/or mind - there is no room for "normal" ninjas or techniques in "Basilisk."
