Aeroflot is really good airline, but Aeroflot and Russian government don't let to fly a lot of european and America destinations to another airlines (transaero and S7), S7 airlines (member of one world) wanted to fly to USA and even order 25 787, but government don't let them do it
For those who think that I work for Aeroflot- my answer is NO and never did. I am a civil engineer and I love my profession very much. I am just being a loyal customer.

I am not Russian, but I know Aeroflot for more than 30 years. This days IT IS THE BEST AIRLINE to fly from USA to Europe. Everything is better- FOOD, SERVICE, TIMING, PRICES, PEOPLE. I would better listen to strong Russian accent, than get sik each time eating poisoned food in air france, austrian airs or else,along with their eregancy of the service and skyhigh prices. RUSSIANS ARE GETTING BETTER AND BETTER!

Today Aeroflot more better than ever. All planes new and pilots are great. Love it. Only Aeroflot. I tryed British Airlines, Air France and lots of. and i still think that best pilots in Aeroflot.
Service-wise Aeroflot is not as good as KLM or British Airways but it is comparable with Finnair, Delta or US Air. I flew Aeroflot a couple of times and it was fine.
You can't compare Aeoroflot with Finnair! Finnair has great service on their planes and washes their engines more than other airlines and i think Aeroflot has good service too on their planes! Cheers =) And once again, never compare Finland and Russia just because they are neighbours!

Yeah, the "best". I bought my mom tickets on Aeroflot twice. Kiev-Moscow-Washington DC.
Both times there were problems.
Late flights, minimum leg room even for my small mom, bad food. Both times her bags were cleaned up. Second time, although, there was one a half hours leg break between her flights in Moscow, AEROFLOT was not able to transfer her bags on time. They brought them to her day later, half empty. They won't pay. So, yeah, fly AEROFLOT.

Please forget about your stupid nationalism and face the facts. I'm Russian too, have no much choice to fly other companies within Russia, so have to use Aeroflot. They suck, planes are old and service is in the best Societ traditions - delays, no compensation. They are just cheap in every meaning of the word..but the ticket price, which is too high for the crap and danger they offer.
That so true! Aeroflot does not provide service to passengers, delay luggage delivery to steal from passengers' luggage, and neglect any safey, NEVER reimburse for the delays of cancellation of flights, but sweet-talk people onto their flying pieces of crap with commercial like this.
Very good comerical. Aeroflot is a very good airline and I flown with them before from New York to Moscow on First class, and it was very comfortable. Go Aeroflot!

Today Aeroflot more better than ever. All planes new and pilots are great. Love it. Only Aeroflot. I tryed British Airlines, Air France and lots of. and i still think that best pilots in Aeroflot.

Very good comerical. Aeroflot is a very good airline and I flown with them before from New York to Moscow on First class, and it was very comfortable. Go Aeroflot!
