@TonberryDon Indeed it's true, Ambipom and Loudred function pretty well in the rain too. Persian and Ambipom have more options though.

@ArtieatsRamen Indeed he is. People don't use Meowth because everyone loves Persian more.... that's the reason I chose Meowth, really. It's based on the episode when Meowth first learned to talk.
