this is more for toning rather than bulking right? because this workout does not include dumbell or bench press (i heard those are the 2 best exercises for putting on chest mass) and for the dip, how come you don't go all the way down? was it because of fatigue? or is it, if you go too low, the exercise becomes more of a tricep rather than chest exercise?
