The album features a base and rhythm/lead player and he introduced them at the concert in Annapolis. Playing mostly swing tunes. If you like swing this album is for you!!
No I don't. All he said is that it was finished. Another tidbit, he played all of the tunes on his old black Gibson. He was amazing, I cannot comprehend how someone can keep so many tunes and solos in his mind - absolutely no mistakes!!
I like this song the more i listen to it. I wonder how it will sound after Tommy has played and revised it over time like his other songs. I hope he keeps it at the same tempo it's at right now. Makes me think of the sadness of an old city like Jerusalem with all the conflict it has been through and still is going through. I'm not religious myself but i can sure feel wat the song is portraying, it's haunting.
Tommy's new album is gonna be one of the greatest musical releases of all time. After hearing some of his new stuff on his latest tour like; Haba na Haba, Jack Magic, Locomotivation, Willie's Shades and now this one, I absoloutley cant wait until it comes out. I wonder what other treasures await on this new masterpiece!!!

Anybody know the inspiration behind this one?

the song is based on the idea that there is so much pain and strife in a beautiful city like Jerusalem.
(based on an interview Tommy gave at Svandovo theater)

Is this a new Tommy tune or an (excellent) arrangement of someone else's tune?
