@456Neji456 I have a video for doing it in L4D2. if you just use "thirdpersonshoulder" in l4d2, it does it, but the crosshairs are insanely inaccurate. I have a list of commands you copy/past from a notebook doc or something to change the camera so the crosshairs work perfectly.

The games Valve makes are frikken awesome and Valve only likes the PC and Xbox 360.
