I like the film but the buffering every 5 to 10 seconds means I have to wait to watch it. I get distracted while I wait for it to stop buffering, and then I miss long pieces of the film. At minute 8:40, of an Hour 30 minutes and 13 seconds it has been "playing" for over 35 minutes on my clock.
When I watch films uploaded like this, I like to allow the video to load all the way or let it load to about the 20 minute mark or so before I start to watch the film. I also keep my eye on the loading bar thing while I watch the film & if it stops I just pause the movie & open another tab & begin to load the film where it stopped. Then I go back to the 1st tab & continue to watch the film.
This is Welles showing that he could produce a Great piece of celluloid on budget and within the restraints of the studio system.In fact it was the only movie of his to make a profit within his lifetime.Brilliant.
