I can vouch for this video. i was watching from the Kennewick side on Canal St and saw it happen thru binoculars. The half of the bird that didn't explode did a sort of "Duck Hunt"-esq decent into the river. It was pretty unbelievable to watch. I'm just glad it didn't go through the engine, that could have been a lot worse! But this is not a fake video.
