  • Great VidsJim...

  • Residential realestate has hit bottom. It's not going any lower.

  • Jim, I'm enjoying all your videos. And learning a lot, too. Basic stuff, but new to me.

Would love to see some of these homes after they're decorated by new owners. Would be a hoot.

  • Hi Jim,

Really nice house, one of the best you've shown in your videos in quite some time, we love it! The new owner must be thrilled. Thanks for showing this one. We luv your work.

  • Ack. I should research before I post. House built in 1957 is probably not straw bale. Almost certainly the house is good old Adobe and wood frame. And it still looks great.

  • T-w-o M-I-L-L-I-O-N, one hundred thousand dollars. . .

Fireplaces are nice, but isn't that a bit too many for San Diego county?

  • I would say that is definately a straw bale. And it looks great.

  • Is that a straw bale home?

  • When a Realtor tells me it's a "screaming deal", I check to make sure that he hasn't picked my pocket.

  • Jim tells it like he sees it. This isn't even his listing. If he thinks a house is a piece of crap, he'll say so. If he thinks it's a good deal, he'll also say so. Check out his other videos.

  • Only a jerk would say that after seeing a house sell for almost $500,000 over the list price.

I'd call it accurate real estate.
