you dont need a bridge or an implant. a bridge will waste away to good teeth. with more problems down the line. leakage, decay, fracture, root canals. why dont u mention that?
Implants are 4K each and with complications. You think a titanium screw si what your body wants. It will reject it or cause other systemic problems you cant figure out. get a little partial denture. yeah it sucks, but so what? that is nothing comapared to someone who is paralized or has cancer.
@teeduck You have no idea what you are talking about. The body does not reject titanium, that's why it is used to fabricate implants. Yes in certain conditions systemic conditions implants are not recommended but these are fairly rare situations 1. People with certain drug histories (mostly for osteoporosis) 2. Some people who have undergone radiation therapy (typically for cancer treatment) in the area where you will be placing an implant.
@videosingh101 Not to mention partial dentures are not very comfortable or functional. While the restoration of choice depends on the individual case this is the usual order of preference based on functionality 1. Implants 2. Bridge 3. Partial denture.
Visit Carlson Biological Dentisty or YouTube "carlson bridge" for your fourth option. Direct Composite Bridges have been available for 22 years now and you can be sure that this is the most advanced method of replacing missing teeth...non-invasive, period, unlike an implant or traditional fixed bridge where teeth are mutliated...cut to pegs.
