Having said that, a lot of countries have voted for a pro-European Government body, and so, for these countries, what would be the point? Examples would be France, Sweden and, of course, Germany.
Another thing: Many in the UK cabinet are Euro-sceptic, so whilst they may have this view, they ALL are aware that Britain will become weak if they break...

@eunoway Indeed I do. The EU stands for democracy, so of course referendums should be held- and no, of course that's not an unreasonable request.
Having said that, a lot of countries have voted for a pro-European Government body, and so, for these countries, what would be the point? Examples would be France, Sweden and, of course, Germany.
Another thing: Many in the UK cabinet are Euro-sceptic, so whilst they may have this view, they ALL are aware that Britain will become weak if they break...

Um die Interessen der EU-Bürger kann es kaum gehen, sonst würde deren Meinung ein größeres Gewicht spielen.
Die persönlich lebe lieber in einem Land, das meine Interessen vertritt als in einer EuSSR wo Ideologie vor der Meinung der Bürger steht.

@ContolGFK Sry aber da hat du etwas ganz falschv verstanden! In der Eu hat die Meinung der Bürger mehr Gewicht! Kannst du in deinem Land Volksinitiativen nacieren? Volksabstimmungen erwirken? Nein? In der Eu schon! Klar läuft noch vieles falsch und ist viel zu extrem reglementiert. Was aber sicher auch unter anderem mit daran liegt, dass vorallem verblödete Konservatie ins Parlament gewählt werden. Ohne die Eu geht Europa unter, wird unausweilich zu einem 2- Welt gebiet. Überleg also nochmal

Die Vereinigten Staaten von Europa werden eines Tages kommen, weil es die Chinesen, Inder und Amerikaner nicht interessieren wird, was Deutsche, Engländer, Holländer oder Tschechen für politische und ökonomische Interessen haben. Allein verliert jedes dieser Länder bei einer wachsenden Weltbevölkerung immer mehr an Einfluss. Deshalb braucht es Europa.
