Okay, this reminds me of another sighting from Russia several years ago, there were lots of people stopped on side of road watching it (wedding party?, does this ring a bell with anyone else?) and pictures were taken- very compelling. But this looks suspicious to me. When the ball 'bounces' up and down- does not look real to me. Moves like affected by gravity rather than in flight.
