after you've gotten good at not ducking you'll notice some jump/hidenseek servers will have ones where you have to duck. just do a regular bunny hop or two and when you hit the block start bunny hopping while holding duck. takes some practice. this also keeps your momentum if you're jumping to a box and so on.

I think you need to work on ur timing. When you jump you should not hear two sounds, just one. That means you're jumping the second you hit the ground and not landing, then jumping again. this is how you keep your speed.

any video editor will usually let you add graphics on a layer over your playing video. You do that and then sync it with the video and you're done. Vegas, Final Cut, and After Effects are all good programs to use. If you download them, make sure to virus scan because there is no such thing as a false positive.

I didn't make this video, this belongs to my friend from the XtremeJump Crew/Site which is disbanded now. I believe he used Final Cut Pro but that was a long time ago. After Effects and Sony Vegas are the best right now. Some die hards will argue that but in my experience these dont crash as much as the others and are easy to learn with a few tutorials.
