I actually got my bachelor's degree from ORU, a lifetime ago. I actually got my bachelor's degree from ORU, a lifetime ago. It was a bitter-sweet time for me, and I stopped attending the manditory chapel attendances because I became so disillusioned with Roberts and, in my opinion, his bipolar disorder.(My dad was bipolar, and Roberts' behavior was as irratic and manipulative as his.)
It may come true yet that ORU will become Jenks University (a bumper sticker abt a small town near ORU back in the day.)

I have been around people with bipolar disorder and there is NOTHING TO SUGGEST that it was bipolar. A bipolar person isn' reasonable - they fluctuate, from one moment calm, the next moment suicidal. Just remember this, most of the people who speak ill will of Oral Roberts (or God, for that fact) will have to one day stand in the presence of the Lord and if they don't know the Lord Jesus Christ, then he will say to them, "Depart from me, for I do not know you." Very sobering thought.

RollerCam, I have a question for you. Christ said, "Forgive them for they know not what they do" right? Well who was Christ referring to? Have you ever pondered the full implications of this? It implies: #1: That Christ wanted forgiveness for those who reject him & #2: That forgiveness was possible for those who reject him! Just think about that! His mercy extends far deeper than many think. If forgiveness weren't possible why would Christ bother asking for it? Shouldn't we then do the same?

But you STILL didn't answer my question. What proof do you have that "hell" exists? The only proof you have is an inconsious person who supposed seen it while inder anesthetics. And why must i ask forgiveness to this "god". I didn't nail his son to the cross. And i NEVER asked him to die for my sins. Sounds like an idiot to me. And if this "god" is forgiving, why would you still have to ask for his forgiveness over 2000 years later. Sounds like a bitter old person holding a grudge. Ridiculous.

I've seen the devil. I saw the aftermath of a 40 year old man who had beaten his frail, 72 year old mother. He beat her face with a wooden stick until her false teeth came out. He broke her cheek bones. Much of their living room and her bedroom were splattered with blood.
His own mother. All because she wouldn't give him her SS check.

Yeah i do believe in the wind. Mostly because i can see the trees sway while it's blowing. And i can feel it on my skin while it's blowing. Im not sure what your point is. If your trying to say that just because i cant see the wind doesn't mean it doesn't exist is lame because i can definately see that affects of wind. I can also hear it howl when it blows strong. Studies have shown that them who are prayed for tend to recover from surgery much faster, and better than them who don't. If God doesn't heal, then we all be dead in 3-4 years

Oral & his phony "college" ruined my mom's life & cost us the family house that we built with our own hands! They also made mistakes that ruined my mom's credit. They even admitted it but refused to do anything to fix it. O.R.U. & TBN just may be the most anti-Christ "Christians" on Earth.
