  • @MMAWeeklyVideos Uhhh... This is butterfly guard, guys. Rubber guard is heaps different. But I like the sweep!

    You could try it from the half guard as well...

  • @TheHardout2005 this is actually a half guard sweep. he basically makes sure his butterflies don't get stuffed, pulls half guard an sweeps with the underhook on the leg. a basic deep half technique.
