  • He did a good job describing the police. "They show up in all black, a belt full of weaponry, combat boots and sporting a military haircut, desperately trying to find a way to get around my 4th Amendment right." EXACTLY. How can you respect an asshole who looks like that? They look like fucking bullies. It should be no surprise why they're treated like bullies.

  • Okay. Thanks.

  • I am crying because it is TRUE!

  • @moncier77 You sound like the idiot in the video. You are talking about something you know nothing about. You know nothing about me, yet you assume I was a cook. You challenge me about my time in the Marines, but just because you say you are SGT Moncier, 735th Company blah blah blah does not prove anything. Just like the idiot in the video. I did not see you list any of your tours, so maybe you never served in a combat environment.

And you are correct! Marines do not think, we kill.

  • @germ1833 Idiot? Look at the trolling comments you leave toward individuals. And if you could think, than you would know that Cook was in reference to being anything on the internet. And I just told you that I'm in Dubai right now...so, wow we have the interenet in the Middle East...look at that. Another one of your saying demythed!

  • @moncier77 You are in Dubai. Ok, what does that prove? Anyone can go to Dubai and we all know there was never any combat in Dubai, so please to not try to pass yourself off as having served in a combat zone in Dubai. Either you were in Desert Storm, Iraq or Afghanistan. You obviously are just another Army puke trying to make yourself look better in front of your little friends.

And your cook reference really does not make any sense now.

  • @germ1833 Did I not just say Expat? Do you even know what that is?

  • @moncier77 Ok, what the heck are you talking about? I asked if you served in a combat zone. It is a simple question, the requires a simple answer. Yes or No.

  • @moncier77 And now we are way of topic. What would my military experience have to do with why this guy is such an idiot?

  • @germ1833 This guy served and swore oath just like we did. He swore to uphold the Constitution, not the corrupt politicians that make it a mockery!

  • @germ1833 And by the way, Iran does have internet, just with restrictions. It's TCI so learn something in your term, IDIOT

  • @germ1833 And Marines also piss on dead body's like they did over in Lejeune. Yeah, wait until the US gets ahold of that!

  • @moncier77 That will be on state side news soon enough. ;) Yeah KILL KILL KILL instead of THINK THINK THINK

  • @moncier77 again, what the hell are you talking about?

  • Wow, all the negative responses and the excuses these people have behind them. This guy is telling the truth! This guy set up there, and stood tall like a man should and shared his view! Unlike many of you trolls that go on Facebook, Yahoo and Youtube to just make someone's life a little less. Well, this man shows more honesty in just one finger than most of you show in a whole lifetime. Remember, Jesus had spears stuck in him, hung on a cross and stoned for what He believed. Would you?

  • I agree with you .. I believe the United States isn't going to last as long as Rome did.!

  • 1. We get to enjoy FB and Twitter, Iran does not.

    2. My Costa Rican friends have to ask the government for permission, show a substantial amount of money in the bank and have a steady job just to travel to the US.

    3. Have you ever been to China? I have. There is no such thing as a Bill of Rights in China.

  • @germ1833 Iran does have Facebook, it's just limited Strike!!!!

  • 4. In Mexico, you have to worry about getting killed by a drug cartel. Back in the day, I used to go to Tijuana to party all the time. Not anymore. Those days are gone.

    5. In most arabic countries, including Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to drive or vote.

How bad do we really have it here? People that complain about their rights being trampled on, have obviously never been to a foreign country.

  • @germ1833 China does have a Bill of Rights in the Constitution...strike 2 for you...

  • When was the last time your rights were violated? Most Americans have a steady job, you get to go to starbucks everyday and your favorite sushi restaurant every Friday. We get to travel around the world freely.

  • The police better equipping themselves is not taking away anyone's liberties. This guys paranoia and ignorance feeds the cause of evil. Sounds like he just has a guilty conscience. Innocent people do not usually fear the police, only the guilty. He is probably a pot smoking hippie and always has drugs in his car.

  • @germ1833 You are truly an idiot that has not fought for your country or been anywhere else

  • @moncier77 Right back at you. As a matter of fact, I was in the Marine Corps and did four combat tours. One in Desert Storm and 3 in Iraq. I think that more than qualifies me to talk on this subject. All of the places that I spoke of above, I have been to. Everyone bitches and complains about how bad we have it. A bunch a whiny babies. You are all so naive to what is our there and are willing to put us at risk.

  • @germ1833 Prove it, it's all talk! SGT Moncier, 735th Company C, 35 J Military P Home base Ft. Jackson, S.C. (And presently Expat in Dubai)

  • @moncier77 Prove it? How? Do you want a copy of my DD2-14? Besides, as Marine, I do not have to prove myself to an Army puke like yourself. Just know that I probably did more to defend this country than you could ever possibly conceive.

  • @germ1833 Oh and by the way, you were probably a cook, thanks for the great job of defending our belly's from starvation

  • You sound like a little whiny baby. Here is the comment I posted on my friends FB when he shared this video:

So we should not give the police a non-lethal means of subduing a criminal? Is that what we are supporting? So he does not like the way the police dress? I wear combat boots, I support a military haircut. So he would have a problem with me? Sounds like a whiny baby. Maybe we should all sing Kum bay ya. Maybe that will encourage criminals to stop their evil ways.

  • Who is the dumbass who disliked this ?

  • With all due respect to those of you encouraging me to run for office, I suggest you watch the video again. This is not something that can be remedied by swapping out one group of men and women for another. Government is the problem, not the solution. Please Google Voluntaryism, and check out Lysander Spooner's work, "The Constitution of No Authority." A better world is possible, once the government's monopoly on force is dissolved. Thank you all for your support. Happy New Year to all!

  • @FreedomFighter61285 If this is the guy in the video, you are an idiot. Read my comments above and maybe you will see how stupid you sound. Go cry to your mom.

  • Run for Congress and bring us back Stephen. Grab GOD and your strong will and go to Work;. I'll cover your back.... GOD Bless us All..

  • I will support and defend the US Constitution !!!, and i will continue to do so, in spite of America's current politicians, and their corrupt anti-humanistic eco agenda which is nothing more than the global theft of natural resource rights.

  • I denounce and disavow the United Nations !!!. I denounce all governments, agreements, laws, restrictions, regulations, or bindings of any U.S. and/or globalist governmental agenda, on the grounds of egregious, and repeated usurpations, and violations of my Aboriginal Right's, my Natural Right's, as well as My Constitutional Right's !!!.

  • I denounce and disavow the United Nations !!!. • unlienable God given rights do not extend to animals, it extends to man. Unless men are now farm animals.

  • @craziesthorse Man was created in God's image. But man is failing in his dominion and stewardship towards God's creation.

  • @craziesthorse ah, now you're talking what is technically known as delusional nonsense. But I do agree that we are failing in our stewardship of the environment and eco-system.

  • @craziesthorse rights are not "god given", they are social constructions based upon political culture and centuries of struggle. I didn't read about 'black' people having rights during the slavery era, for instance.

  • @njw3000 according to the founders it was. Read the Declaration of Independence. Read the bible, Genesis.

  • @craziesthorse just because other humans have asserted that 'rights' come from 'god', that doesn't mean it's true. Genesis was written by fallible humans. If the Founding Fathers really believed in 'god-given' human rights, why didn't they give slaves equal rights to citizenship?

  • @njw3000 where do your rights come from ?

  • @craziesthorse I already told you, from social constructionism, political culture, and centuries of struggle. I note that you didn't answer my question but chose instead to ask one of me.

  • @njw3000 which question is that ?

  • @craziesthorse oh ffs, are you being deliberately obtuse? It's directly above but I'll repeat it for you: "If the Founding Fathers really believed in 'god-given' human rights, why didn't they give slaves equal rights to citizenship?"

  • government operates under the presumption that you are a farm animal under The Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906.

  • @craziesthorse oh, do farm animals now have a vote in your elections? I'd not heard about that. My bad.

  • @njw3000 you only have rights if you are a man of God. If men dont act sovereign, they will be herded like livestock, as they are. Stephen if he is sincere is moving towards a sovereignty.

  • @craziesthorse "you only have rights if you are a man of God" - oh, that's bad news for women and atheists then. Are you going to break it to them or shall I?

  • when I read "eagle scout withdraws consent to be governed at a city council meeting" I thought "oh god... nutjob".

Until I heard his speech... then I thought "hero".

  • lol idealism

  • He needs to run for office. Excellent. Any chance we can get a transcript and permission to edit for our own use? Thank you, Stephen.

  • Run away GOV is in control! Change gota love it!

  • So now what? What's the next step???

  • and when we have all "withdrawn our consent" what system of government should we adopt? If you're not proposing a non-blueprinted version of 'socialism' (ie, putting people and society ahead of private property and the dominance of corporate entities) then you are part of the problem, not the solution.

  • except there is no "will of the people" most Americans are farm animals.

  • @craziesthorse including those that waffle on about the New World Order and "sheeple". Pathetic idiots.

  • @njw3000 what do you mean ?

  • @craziesthorse what do you mean, what do I mean? What do you think I mean? Those who waffle on about the New World Order and "sheeple" are farm animals, manipulated by right-wing bullshit, is what I mean. It's not complicated.

  • @njw3000 waffle ? new world order ? "sheeple" ? I didnt say any of those things

  • @craziesthorse splendid. Well done. Out of interest, which farm animals did you have in mind?

  • @njw3000 Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 "The term "food," as used herein, shall include all articles used for food, drink, confectionery, or condiment by MAN OR OTHER ANIMALS, whether simple, mixed, or compound."

  • @njw3000 government operates under the presumption that you are a farm animal under The Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906. Livestock. Whoremeat. Probably under the jurisdiction of the USDA.

  • Thank you everyone for the kind words! I'm just an average guy, if this inspired you at all please go out and do the same thing in your City Councils and County Courts.

“Speak your mind even if your voice shakes.”

    ― Maggie Kuhn

  • Wow that was epic. He was nervous in his voice but pulled through and didn't trip up, finishing strong.

  • Nicely said! Thank you for posting this. K, bye

  • It's sickening how corrupt and violent the police are today. All this talk about Christian ideals and idolizing the royal family in england. I thought we were trying to move away from a system of government that included royalty/elite/shadow government/taxation without representation. History is a fickle thing. I may not be as smart or educated as this man, but I know exactly what he's saying and I agree 100%. America is already a different place than 50, 70, 150 years ago, it's dead.

  • @NcalDL humans are considered farm animals to be herded, slaughtered and harvested. There are no Christian ideals, im not seeing it. America is a pedophile whore house, a wash in bloodfare and mental illness. On the most fundamental level, you have NO rights when you go to court, anybody who has tried this, knows what I am talking about.

  • @craziesthorse Most courts operate on trust law or corporate law. Gold fringe on the flag will let you know for sure. In these kinds of courts it is CRITICAL that you establish that the "justice" or "judge be designated as the public trustee or public servant. Otherwise YOU will be regarded as the trustee. You do NOT want to be regarded as the trustee in the hearing. Refuse a lawyer, refuse to enter a plea, and publically announce that the judge is the public trustee.

  • @glowzone Problem with that is no legitimate contract can be produced by the courts Tazers are basically cattle prods. Stephen is correct. The constitution is dead mostly because people have failed their right to inquiry.

  • Send this video to your "small government" friends. NOW.

  • Come home to NH

  • AMEN.

  • Great speech, cute guy.

  • Wow! Does he write a blog by any chance?

  • Great statement.

  • How absolutely powerful.

  • “...May God bless you – and Forgive you.” Thank you for your eloquently Peaceful message sir. Many who have joined the FreeStateProject and are moving to NH think precisely the same way. Peaceful Assembly Church was founded just 1.5 years ago. I'm going to add this video to our youtube page. If you are ever in Grafton, NH, please be sure to visit us. + You now have 488 views on this video. I think it is going to grow by leaps and bounds. Peace & Metta to you. May God bless and Forgive us all.

  • Well said young man, well said. Too bad the dinosaurs on city council lost their ethics, morals, and loyalty to the Constitution.

  • "From all these indignities, such as the very beasts of the field would not endure, you can deliver yourself if you try, not by taking action, but merely by willing to be free. Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place your hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but merely that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break into pieces."

    — E. de la Boetie

  • AWESOME!

  • Stephen should seriously consider running for office!

  • I have found yet another person I can all my Hero! Hero number two!!

  • And this was back in August? We should all be doing this.

  • @skyblueaugust No, it's not too bad that his withdrawal of consent doesn't mean anything to them, it's too bad for them that their wishes and desires as government doesn't mean anything to us. Your statement gives the government superiority. By saying too bad it doesn't matter to them, you're saying that it has to matter to them to be valid or not, but it is the other way around. So what if the government doesn't approve, stop acting like there is nothing you can do when there is.

  • eloquent and deeply heart felt. proud to know you Stephen and i admire your chutzpah

  • Love you bro. Keep speaking the truth. It'll wake others up and inspire and embolden them to do what they know right.

  • I wish this would echo through the ears of every government official. Well said Mr. Sheftall, my hat goes off to you. Perhaps you should run for office, to help rebuild the foundations in which this great country was based off of. We truly need officials who recognize, cherish, and uphold the meaning of our Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which is something that many of us feel has been lost within our leaders.

  • Not only does he claim his power back he speaks for all the oppressed by a tyrannical government through the world...from canada ...thank You stephen

  • Awesome Stephen! They need to hear us withdraw our consent over and over again.

  • Beautiful Speech!!!! Exactly how I feel. Thanks for making this speech, and for recording it.

  • Way to go! Respect! x

  • A TRUE Patriot IMHO! Liked, Shared, etc!

  • Well said

  • Too bad his "consent" does not mean a thing to them.

  • bravo!
