If youve watched other scenes involving him hes shown a great deal of wisdom since Northrend, did you see the "your dismissed" scene? I love his policies on the Alliance however. Death to the Alliance! For the Horde! Plus we have always had cooler and honorable leaders then the Alliance, that is with the exception of the Undead I dont consider them Horde anymore. To anybody wondering what happens after, you end up trying to force the Dragonmaw to join the Horde. After trying diplomatically, you find out that the Dragonmaw are under a traitorous monarch and would love to kill him. You work with the Dragonmaw, overthrow their leader, and help them construct a badass port. Afterwards, you go to a giant zeppelin tower nearby and help the Goblins bomb the nearby Alliance island.

You cant be "at war" with the forsaken w/o being at war with the horde, thats the only reason the forsaken didnt get wiped out already and an aggression is still an aggression, theres really no excuse.
It is relevant though, the Scarlets are affiliated somewhat with Stormwind. Which means that Stormwind just tolerates their actions out of ignorance.
But my point is that when they became Forsaken they tried going back to their friends, families, etc. But instead they were rejected out of hand their former comrades, families, etc. as abominations to be slaughtered. They just want to be left alone pretty much, the Alliance doesn't want that, so they're just defending themselves.

For the Scarlet thing, I never said they were part of the Alliance, I just meant the Scarlets affiliate with SW which is why they have ambassadors in SW and Nigels Point. The reason why Scarlets are hostile to both Alliance and Horde is for game mechanics.

Garithos was an ass, but that doesnt change the fact that the one doing the backstabing was sylvanas, so she started the aggressions and ruined any chance for the forsaken to "return to their families".

@Armlace in per bc your forsaken "aggresion" clam does not count because both forsaken and allaince were at war with each other since warcraft 3 and never made any "treaty of non-aggression"

@undead4500 Wrong, the forsaken are part of the horde and they were supposed to follow Thrall's wishes. You cant be "at war" with the forsaken w/o being at war with the horde, thats the only reason the forsaken didnt get wiped out already and an aggression is still an aggression, theres really no excuse.

It is relevant though, the Scarlets are affiliated somewhat with Stormwind. Which means that Stormwind just tolerates their actions out of ignorance.
But my point is that when they became Forsaken they tried going back to their friends, families, etc. But instead they were rejected out of hand their former comrades, families, etc. as abominations to be slaughtered. They just want to be left alone pretty much, the Alliance doesn't want that, so they're just defending themselves.

@cossack77 Still not relevant, the Scarlet Crusade is not part of the alliance and what they do with the horde doesnt concern them at all.
The alliance gave them a chance, they cooperated to take back lordearon and got backstabbed and its still kind of irrelevant, my point is simple: The forsaken are one of the factions that have been commiting aggressions since vanilla. Theres nothing to "defend" against when the only alliance humans near them are farmmers that get experimented on.

@Armlace Garithos was a racist idiot that got what was coming to him. He NEVER represented the Alliance, he just appointed himself "Grand Marshall" when shit got bad. The fact that he was cooperating with Sylvanas in the 1st place makes him a giant hypocrite. He rips on Kael and sentences him to death when he was backed into a corner and had to accept Naga help to complete his orders. Yet later Garithos is riding around striking up deals with Dreadlords and Sylvanas when hes backed into a corner

@Armlace If by farmers you mean those Hillsbrad farmers that kill Forsaken and plan attacks on them, then yeah you're right. The Alliance went around looking to pick a fight and get all prissy when the Forsaken started fighting back.
For the Scarlet thing, I never said they were part of the Alliance, I just meant the Scarlets affiliate with SW which is why they have ambassadors in SW and Nigels Point. The reason why Scarlets are hostile to both Alliance and Horde is for game mechanics.

No, they have ONE ambassador in SW, who's only purpose is to send us to quest for another one of them in desolace killing random skeletons.... after that we are send to a paladin in southshore who informs us they are nuts and sends us to kill their leaders, thats not game mechanics.

@Armlace As a matter of fact yes, if you do quests in Hillsbrad it explains how Hillsbrad farmers and "innocent" civilians are murdering Forsaken, disrupting supply lines, and other hostile acts. Look up the quest "Dangerous!"
Also do you really think Garithos wouldn't have attempted to kill Sylvanas off if given the chance? Sylvanas was just playing it safe

@cossack77 Actually, the farmers are the ones defending their territory, since if you actually read about it, Tarren Mill was not forsaken territory, they took it from human civilians and were lead by High Executor Darthalia. The moment they did that they became the aggressors in that zone.
Garithos was an ass, but that doesnt change the fact that the one doing the backstabing was sylvanas, so she started the aggressions and ruined any chance for the forsaken to "return to their families".

@Armlace Yes I get your point, what I'm saying is that it doesn't matter whether you're a farmer, civilian, miner or whatever. As soon as you start killing and attacking enemy soldiers it makes you a valid target. Also the Forsaken have just as much claim to Hillsbrad as the Humans. Most Forsaken used to live in Lordaeron, so it shouldn't come off as a surprise if the Forsaken have ties to their homeland.
But it doesn't matter now because Hillsbrad is going to be under Forsaken control in Cata.

@cossack77 The problem with the forsaken is that they are ocupying something that used to belong to them, like lordearon. The problem in Tarren Mill is that they took it from the living while they were still there.
In cata it doesnt matter, since we are already at war, but the forsaken have been doing their stuff during a supposed "peace". Remember my first comment was about the factions that broke that peace and would be the responsables for the current conflict.

@Armlace The Forsaken are only allied with the Horde out of convenience. The Forsaken despise all of the living races, they just tolerate the Horde because they have to in order to survive. If the Forsaken were powerful enough, there is no doubt that they would break away from the Horde. The only ones the Forsaken can trust are themselves.

Got any other names?

If he was more tactical he would've maintained his course and not sent his air support. This is why I like Thrall he isn't boneheaded like Garrosh.
