I already do this on cars that are NOT required to have emissions testing. Stainless plates break H2O into Hydrogen and Oxygen. The mileage went from 37 MPG to 65 MPG. Funny how the emissions system tries to defeat this system. Big oil and big auto will have us all broke and breathing with gas masks. This is the video is essentially friction makes heat. I would love to see the metering and math on this one in person. Water gas, Hydrogen and Oxygen do burn well in a Honda!
