  • Thank you TA!

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation thanks thshi really helps :))

  • hey im only 15 i understand a bit but not alot some of these words i dont understand do u know how i can better understand this

  • @SDnik96 hey mate i am also 15 easiest way is to read up on law - common law first :)

  • @cafc1996 thanks broo :P

  • Thanks for making these, someone told me about this a week ago and i just started looking at it today, i certainly learned something from your videos.

  • Why are all attorneys not like this guy and Marc Stevens?

  • Received a letter from the CSA who have stated that they are going to apply to a Magistrates for Warrant for commital or a disqualification of my driving licence.

I intend to do exactly what the Antiterrorist has advised. Any additional advice would be most welcome

    Thanks in advance

  • In Canada, the supreme court rules state that unless the status of being a corporation is denied, the court will assume you are a corporation, you then lose all human, common law and constitutional rights. There is probably the same provision in USA and GB. Further, the Police officers Handbook states that the only legal person recognised in law is the corporation.

The first words out of your mouth should be a denial that you are a corpoaration

  • ive done this....it works because the system REALLY works this way....DO NOT CONSENT!!!! thanx antiterrorist!!! you rock!!!

  • I know very well, that this works, because I have been to court, and sat while others have gone through it themselves. THEY WILL NOT put this on the record, because it will be disclosing the fraud.

If you would stop bashing what you know NOTHING about, and start reading up on contract law, you too will come to the same understanding.

Those who have ears let them hear...

"As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen

Look up words in the BLACK'S LAW dictionary.. NOT Websters You will see the truth

  • Is a UNILATERAL contract enforceable?

  • @EllisEndye ... did you want proof like this for example?

    /watch?v=YVWKpNkav0U

    have fun x

  • i love this, i understand this, i just know, that in this situation, i am not clever/brave enough to do this in a court of law

  • Thank you for the upload man I wish I had more time to study. I have a child support case pending in 2 months I have court. I know enough how to proceed but I think there is much more I need to learn.

  • == I just want to say I am looking for the truth and I admire what you do. You bring an ease to the circus of the private company these criminals play on non-violent, victim-less crimes. I don't plan to get off from the charges, but I can't wait to see the judges body language when I show him that I see the difference between public entities and private ones. I plan to do all this before I enter my plea by asking if its civil or criminal, then common or military jurisdiction. Thank You AT.

  • I got to the beauracts on my back tomorrow for a marijuana violation. It is an initial appearance. It was a personal amount on my body(person), less than 3 grams. Whats sad is now I have to pay these revenue agents around 750 dollars. Since I have no pryors I am eleigible for a diversion program which is they will monitor my urine for 3 months, but before I go through that I will ask what kind of jurisdiction the court is in. I know they will say common but then I will ask 4 a corpus dilecti. --

  • Does this work in the US?

  • The processes given in the video will not work.

If anyone can give one example in court in the UK of a freeman denying his strawman and winning i would love to know.

The info is fundamently flawed as a court will not except a authorised agent standing in for the defendant if the defendant is not there.

They will not except a birth certificate as the defendant.

Try it and you will find out to your cost.

  • @unkleknobhead Yes, he's right, folks, don't bother with this information, go back to bed. Don't explore this subject fully and review all of the success stories both here on YT , on the Sui Juris forums and the like. This is too much like hard work. It HAS to be nonsense, surely. :-)

  • @TheAntiTerrorist I did not suggest going back to bed or ignoring all the info or not to explore the subject fully.

If denying the strawman works, then give me one example in court in the UK that got a result. You suggest in the video to approach the usher as an authorised representative for your strawman. This will not work as the courts will not except this.

If your putting this info out then you should back it up with facts.

  • @unkleknobhead I have been in private chambers and in public court using this methodology, friend, it works just fine along with a full reservation of your rights. If you tried it, I can assure you there was something else you did or said that tripped you up. You also have to bear in mind that this video is a year old and other approaches that work just as well, perhaps better, have come to the surface. Due diligence. Who authorises who? If you get that question right, you are halfway there.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist And when we get to the point where we have 'the way' framed and nailed, you can rest assured I will update the broadcast.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist Thank you for your response.

I have tried in private chambers to represent my strawman and the judge was having none of it. At no point did i give jurisdiction to the judge and they refused to hear the case. Would not even give me written conformation of that and gave judgement in the defendants absence.

To date i have seen nothing to prove any result from using this method so am rather sceptical.

  • @unkleknobhead Sceptical? And you should be.It will encourage you to study for yourself. As I said, this information is surfacing in dribs and drabs. The principle behind the education is accurate and correct but the devil is in the details, as they say.I would recommend you visit creditorsincommerce dt cm and see just how much is being accomplished. The information is US based but the process are the same throughout the commercial world, only the doc format will change somewhat.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist Thanks for the info AT. Been on the creditors in commerce site and downloaded loads of stuff for my ipod, just never seem to have the time to listen and take it all in.

Brandon's constant "uum kay" does my head in but i have learned a huge amount from there.

I think our remedy lies in trusts and this is the area i want to spend time in researching.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist

I would appreciate at least one documented case as well. It doesn't seem like too much to ask. I fully support what you are doing.

  • @unkleknobhead try this video

    /watch?v=YVWKpNkav0U

    peace fellow human

    :)

  • @unkleknobhead Hey pal, I recently stood at Tameside Mag Crt to defend a speeding ticket on a M-way.I claimed common law jurisdiction. I refused to answer to my name nor stand in the dock. In essence I refused to consent to contract with them. As such they are unable to enforce what is their jurisdiction, namely admiralty law.I didn't get any points nor fine. They wrote with a new hearing date in the New Year at the same venue. But to what avail? It'll still be me v a Magistrate.

  • @BobHolmfirth Glad to here it has so far worked for you. Most of the time in my experience the judge will give judgement against the defendant as they did not show up.

  • @unkleknobhead

you do not know the law......you are just another sheeple.....feck you and have a nice sleep

  • @unkleknobhead freeman in court - judge bows to Sovereign - man (youtube vid).

  • good video wish i could memorize this

  • great work AT, does this only work for freemen? im working towards freeman status, can i do this in my local council tax court, and not be freeman? ive come to a stand still witht his. i so want to do this, but dont want to if i need to be freeman.im awaiting liability notice anyday now for council tax.i know what to do,just can i do it not being freemanheeelp!thanks

  • There is some more first hand knowledge of court on my channel.

  • I was not liable, and i was free to leave with no punishment or fine, aswell as the original red light offence being dropped. I felt quite good at the time.

  • I was once issued a summons over a red light offence, but the letter that came required to be signed, i wasn't home at the time and my niece signed it, i never attended the summons. I later recieved another summons for failing to attend the original summons. I did attend this time and represented myself (waited over 6 hours). I had none of this knowledge at the time and i answered al their questions. But as i claimed to have never seen the original summons and that somebody else signed it.....

  • thanks for the info.

and for those people who may doubt what you say, knowin your right puts you on a level playing field. do not fear the courts they are there to assist you, LEARN TO PLAY THE GAME.

  • very funny but very true!! nice work getting your points across...

  • Hi. For a 99 cent false accusation ... I went to a preliminary hearing and said I was making a special appearance. I said I am Mel of the family of (Family name). She said what is your address. I said I am not a resident of bla bla county. She yelled, do you live anywhere?? I said I have a domicile on the land known to you as bla bla county.

  • once again, how and where do i begin. i am truly seeking freedom once and for all

  • @8:18; Marc Stevens changed my whole life perspective. He is a bit scary and not for the faint hearted, but he speaks truth. Look him up and get confronted. It's not easy listening, but worth the time and the wake up call.

I remain a firm believer that this legal theory can work in the US.

Much respect, love and gratitude, AT & HEO.

  • I too wish to see some videos as to child custody or Child Support.. I am a father of a child whom I cannot see (due to his mothers incessant requests for sexual favors in exchange for visitation)

  • @Tankboy26 If the child has a Birth Certificate, they belong to the state. If you signed a marriage license, you authorized the state to intervene. Gather as much data as you can about those 2 facets and you will be well on your way. Get a law dictionary and use it. Do your homework.

Peace to you, brother and good luck.

  • I was not married to his mom... so I dont really know where that leanes me (other than out with my cheese in the wind) I'm a victim of her desires.

in other words, I'm fucked... and have to wait for my son to decide to come and see me

  • @Tankboy26 man give it to her and go see your kid.........What really do you have to lose except some semen! Think of it as a good time both ways!

  • AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! I iwhs I had this information back in teh days when I was caught up in so much legal non-sense.... In my late teens and early 20's I had been caught up in so much trouble it wasn't funny... I provided SO much revenue for "The Machine"

Welcome my son,Welcome to the Machine" Pink Floyd said it best.

  • think of how many fines for parking, tax's we pay for mps to spend on houses second morgetages and paint jobs for sheds all of which they can afford to pay for them selves why are they so greedy why do they have to have everything? i will eat my own socks if any of them go prison or have to pay it back

  • Thanks AT, very informativ-

Hope that it can be used in Sweden, even thou we have Civil Law as opposed to Common Law. Good going.

    //bjornoz

  • Honestly,

Here in the states you might get about two words of that out of your mouth before the Judge stops you and rambles you into guilty or Nolo Contendre or some other crud.

Not showing up at all and sending a lawyer or other representative is a great way to get this message into court. Dismissed, most likely.

Insulting a judge at 6:24 is totally inappropriate.

If you are standing for a Person, then send a lawyer. Don't show up yourself to be involved with it.

  • I would like to see some videos on dealing with child custody. What these family courts do to fathers (almost exclusively) is horrifying. Great videos btw, kieep them coming!!

  • Child custody is a hard one, because if you dont participate the wife wins. But it can be used against child support...My ex is taking me back to readjust my support, I plan to use the sovereign approach on this one..Ill tell you how it works out..

  • Child custody is easy. What gives the government the right to decide that, is a marriage license. Marry under common law by recording your vows with a county recorder, and you're married without the gov. being a third party in that marriage.

  • look up martin Earl Fisher on the internet, its a great story. He studied AT and Robert Menard and won big..check it out, this is good stuff and it really works!!!! ....keep rocken the vids AT...peace

  • Way to spin, AT.

  • TheAntiTerrorist,YOU ARE MY NEW HERO.I ASSUME ALL OF THIS STUFF APPLIES IN U.S. COURTS AS WELL?

  • I think British 'LAW' & American "LAW" are very much the same ;)

  • interesting

  • i have watched the sequence of films in cronological order, three times now, i plan to watch many more times, Excelent! plz can you do a follow up in how to close out the court game?..... too a conclusion, too get the remady

    much respect boozysheep:)

P.S Thank you for being a being:)

  • You know they would totally ignore you and have their thugs man handle you in to the box and throw some years on top of what they will find you guilty of and ignore your knowlege of the law and dissmiss it because they can't let you win but i want to believe you i do i just don't have much confidence in them playing fair.

  • I have first hand experience on this subject, friend. This is just business and knowing the rules. It is very simple.

  • @TheAntiTerrorist great work AT, does this only work for freemen? im working towards freeman status, can i do this in my local council tax court, and not be freeman? ive come to a stand still witht his. i so want to do this, but dont want to if i need to be freeman.im awaiting liability notice anyday now for council tax.i know what to do,just can i do it not being freemanheeelp!thanks

  • all this for a ticket. i hope you win but you would be locked up for ever if you tryed it.

  • Nonsense. But thank you for your contribution anyway, friend.

  • djassimilator timothy anti terrorist suggested in the first clip learn a little more about standing in commerce or freemanship proceedures. you doubt him, obviously you do not know the game they play and yes you would go down wherease timothy anti terrorist would not.

man handling him into the dock, they have no rights as it would cause harm and old common law says you must not harm another human being " notice i did not say person".

good info timothy anti terrorist thanx

  • Very sound stuff. Thank you ever so much. I only wish I could maintain my composure as you suggest. I have started by rattling a few cages with simple traffic tickets and hoprfully by the time anything significant comes along I will be sufficiently tuned up to handle them as the confident creditor I know dwells within. Thanks again. Brothers and Sisters we will prevail, of that I am certain!!!!. Keep up the good work AT, you da man!

  • what about a criminal charge with no injured party? what if u are actually facing jail time? cant the same defense work?

  • id love to see someone do this to these goons

  • absolutely solid work at

    superb

  • By far the best video's i've seen on youtube. We should learn this in school rather then R.E. and maths.

  • Anyway keep up the good work Anti terrorist, your word and examples are very clear and inspirational.

In all I think we should focus on the living and wounded, not the dead.

We should strife to correct the corrupt culture and turn it into one that brings up the good, emphatic, in most people.

  • I am a not a meek man but at times feel overwhelmed by the shit tons of mandates and regulations levided aginst the common man. I often return to your vids for a bit of a "recharge". The sky is above us and the earth below this I know. And yet we are beset on all sides many years deep with yokes of control.

  • its better been a been then a zombie anyhow, don't you agree?

  • Sometimes I wish I never "woke up" and just troted along like before. I make no clam of seeing the truth but I do see the forest instead of trees. I find myself, more times than I'd like to admit, feeling powerless to push back aginst the odds. The forest is so vast it seems to be futal and deeply taxing on my soul to resist. Some how I am compled to march on even when I find my eyes fixed on my feet. Down trodend and out numbered I still walk.

  • azpitbull, you are one of two things.

    1. Someone who should not be giving advise as you do not have the necessary knowledge to do so.

    2. A shill trying to discredit a man who is speaking the kind of truth that can set humanity free from an evil system of voluntary servitude.

  • You are 100% incorrect. To plead is to grant jurisdiction. Read my comment to GDragon9666 above/below.

  • i dont quite believe that one would evade jail time by simply stating he is not guilty. How can the human been not be jailed for the legal person's obligations?

  • what about charges on drugs, like canabis, where they would want to get you to jail? Just asking! :)

  • Same argument. These are B.S. statutes (rules made in a room somewhere without your consent).

The only true crimes are rape, robbery, murder, and trespass. They key component to a crime is lose. Who have you harmed resulting in a lose.

If you grow a plant that they say is illegal, how does that apply to you. Answer: you give them jurisdiction when you plead not guilty. They ask you if you understand (stand under or accept) the charges. You say yes. Stop volunteering!

  • Yesterday in court, i saw a confirmation of most principles avanced by AT.

a 17 years old girl contested two 350 fines for picking up her friend's dog at the pound. Her friend had no car nor permit to drive and so she pick it for her. In court she made the case that she wasnt the owner for the ''unlisenced and loose'' dog.

  • The prosecutor made it clear that she had signed the release form for the dog, and so agreed to accept all responsabilities for the dog, and what he had done(like been loose and unlicensed in this case).

  • The prosecutor made it clear it was a legaly binding CONTRACT!!! And so the judge gave this young about 700$ fines plus court fees. Chances are she works for the minimum wage and that amounts is worth over 3 weeks of her salary at 40hours a week. I was furious when my case came up. Im just a simple city worker btw.

  • thanks for upload the video.

  • Thanks for this. Very interesting. Thanks also for mentioning those to whom you feel you owe thanks. I'll be checking those out. Already looked at Menard's stuff and cveitch's after another of your vids. Great references, and really, truly, thanks for all the info. There's still a lot to learn!

  • hmmm,

  • Much needed education

  • memorize the proverbs, and all the surety trust equity stuff and live right and be a happy soul -so your "third eye" works -asking -MEANING: as-king .....huh? what's that? a hologram ? really?...very childlike & simple and it works BY faith.-but in what? in AEIOU$ (Aye IOU ). ah oo yh a iou A IOU aeiou$uoiea -maybe yahooshua IS

    Hebrews- write a vow-el?

  • thanks again good video

  • Good luck waiting for JAEZUS to sub your bail after you get thrown in a cell

  • peter didn't need bail...neither did paul...

whom the son sets free is free indeed

  • Agreed.

  • God would just look at you like a fool if you did nothing and let the court walk all over you. He sort of respects people who stand on their own two feet and don't let the court tyranize them.

  • They all hate it when you rep yourself. ;)

    Pro Se any day!

  • thanks for your work

  • bailout now reaches 24 trillion $

    USA is out of order

  • Thank you AT, your videos are priceless.

Knowledge is our power. Our ignorance is their power.

Never have those words been more true.

Peace to you and your family.

  • I can safely say on behalf of myself you just woke me up. Truely amazing, I don't want to think where i might end up if I didn't discover you and begin learning from you. I'm researching everyday, reading Mary Croft's book and awaiting more videos from you. Truely amazing, AT.

    Josh

  • Good morning. Sugar and milk in your coffee? :-)

Waking up comes with a certain responsibility, Josh. You are now morally obliged to help awaken others. Enjoy the game. Be well.

  • NO SH*T! The AT! A Gen-you-wine hero!

  • You are now morally obliged to help awaken others. Enjoy the game. Be well. AT? Many refuse to even look at the evidence.

BTW.. is the mask for simple anonymity? or could the PTB make your life miserable if they knew who you are?

    Thanks for waking me up!

  • Thanks for your work.

  • Lovely message at the end man. "Empower your-self with Knowledge"! 5 stars

  • Your Dangerous :)

  • Please loose the High pitched voice judge,. I have to continually go back to understand,. Not cause im old, but because the voice is sped up to incohearence,. thanks,. I'll be sure to challenge a judge, that will get angry, and even IF i was right,. he orders the payliffs to throw me in jail,. I cant possibly see how any challenging, questioning a judge,. ANYTHING,. could ever happen,.Maybe in england,.

  • dude that judge skit is fantastic ironic satire, especially when the dude behind the cam grabbed the judges head and procedeed to smash it into the desk. Any way he cant get rid of it now, the vids posted

    :)

  • Yeah the judge is fine, its just that i cant understand the high pitched judge,. I love AT.. He makes sence, but i doubt you wouldnt be held in contempt at the first question, Im happy to say i fly under the radar,

  • hi this info is awsome i'v been reading into it for a while now and i have a friend who done this in court lately and what day out it was the judge went crazy and ordered a policy enforcer to remove him from the court room he left peacefuly this was sound recorded i have it on my videos check it out !

can he expect to here more from this as he was told to leave lol

    the judge wasnt to happy

    peace !

  • trying to see your vids/audio, cant.

    problem? or interferance from YT?

  • You are amazing, I have been researching you clips and I'm only 16 years old, yet this information has saved me from the police many many times. Thank you for your great work.

  • VERY INSPIRATIONAL.i love your tapes

  • would you like to be my lawyer??? pleeeaase???

  • The entire concept here is that YOU learn this for yourself. The idea is that you can stand on your own two feet by yourself in these type of issues. You can do it! it's all on the 'net. Once you wake up and see the big picture you can't use a lawyer or an attorney ( there is a difference).

The legal definition of a "client" includes the element of "not being of sound mind".

Those that submit themselves to Admiralty jurisdiction are tantamount to children or minors .

  • Seriously, he must do this for a living lol.

  • your so good anti terrorist. my mind is boggling

  • thanks so much, i still have a lot to learn

  • X-D

Now I know how to defend myself on court, if I ever get in one or someone I know to teach him/her.

  • I protest the placement of a yellow fringe on the flag of the United States of America in this courtroom. The crimes of which I am accused are not alleged to have happened on the high seas, and I am not otherwise subject to Admiralty Law. I do not submit to a Maritime Tribunal -even by implied consent. I am a United States citizen and demand that my rights be upheld under the Law of the Land, the United States Constitution.

  • This is information for all of us, but not to be applied in court except for very well informed, rehearsed, and determined people who are not intimidated easily. If you make once mistake and they trick you, you are toast. One question is: How long will it be until the courts negate this type of strategy by new laws or tricks. Most people cannot figure it out so they just give in. That is the idea here..to intimidate you so you will give up and accept their rule. Not for the faint of heart.

  • david i like your videos but i have just one question for you how long did you think it would be before someone figured out who you were i wont say the surname but i honestly am curious why you 2 platforms ?????

  • Can you provide a link to a website that will explain how to file the court papers before hand?

  • wssic dt com

  • thank u yoooooooooouuuuuuu are the best

  • Thaaaaank you!

  • wonderful, listening most nites! alot of information here! Thank you timothy! muchlovecpxx

  • wow....you are remarkably smart!!!! If I knew you I would want to shake your hand. We need more people in this world like you and thank you for your insite!

  • hard info. salute.

  • You really know your stuff. I wouldn't recommend trying that unless you read a LOT or unless you just don't care about paying the price of the ticket and just want to practice. I'll stick to notices and affidavits to ignore the summons for a while.

  • i think you are a good role model and sencere man

  • great work , thank you for making a stand will be giving it a go ,ozz

  • Thank you for your feedback on my 'ignorant' but very genuine questions.

    S'

  • What is he says he is an expert of negotiable instruments? an why can he not be? or what if he has one with him?

  • If he is an expert in negotiable instruments he will be able to clearly indicate the defect in the instrument and tell you WHY it is NOT negotiable. No one said he couldn't be, I'm sure he'd love to be an expert in something.

He probably has a cheque book full of negotiable instruments, the lucky chap!

  • This shit is starting to make sense.

  • Thank you! Excellent information! You are opening my eyes!

  • Thank you

  • people like you should give classes on this. It is possible to learn it by ourself but way much longer..

  • Very well done. Thanx for the info. Gotta go now and reherse...

  • OUTSTANDING !!!!

  • Does the court (in the UK) have power over people who are not registered at birth and have no National Insurance Number? If so is the power civil, admiral or either? Could they jail someone who is claiming to be merely representing the "straw man" if he is found guilty?

  • Only those with a BAR licence can 'represent' the fiction in this game.

  • Is that true everywhere? I have some friends in the law field and they grumble about "pro se" people in the court. Perhaps to go pro se in court is to assume the joinder between the legal fiction and the human being?

The lawyers and policemen that I've met casually since learning this material want out of the conversation quickly.

One peace officer warned me that I might be ordered to complete a psych evaluation if I try this.

In that case I would inform the shrink about the Thud Experiment.

  • When 'they' order the psyche evaluation for your person, send the person over to the psychiatrist, preferably by first class, recorded mail.

  • Sir can you enlighten me as to what paperwork I need to send in advance of court appearances please

  • In short, yes.

When you 'plead' into a fiction of law, either by mail or standing in the court, you are immediately submitting to a military jurisdiction.

  • if they are acting on the the "person" and not the human being that is why they let you have the option to plead guilty by post AT......? as long as you consent by signing there forms...? keep up the good work looking forward to your next posting.

  • In Finland our court system is so different I'm afraid almost all of your guides, fantastic as they are, might not apply. Our law books stack from the ground up meters in the air and no one can memorize all that and I bet there's laws in there just to take away our freedom.

I'd so love if you could one day sit down and peek at the scandinavian court systems, just on the surface and confirm what I fear to be one of the most freedom stealing courts in the world. We might not have death penalty..

  • ..but when young men who decline to go to the army and decline to do civil service instead are judge for 6 months in jail. That can't be right! There's young adults 18 years old who are spending 6 months (sometimes a full year) in prison for excersizing their freedom to decline to be in the army.

Here it's "mandatory" as they want to put it, but no, it's not. If you decline, you're sentenced to jail for not serving your duty. It's not against the law, or so I hear... it's a hoo haa sentence.

  • Before taking one step forward and raising my right hand, I might consider taking one step back and asking, "If I do this, will I be waiving any of my unalienable rights"? You will be escorted from the room sharpish, so not as to waken the other muppets, and given 15 mins of threats and coercion. If you keep asking the same question, you will shortly be given a one way ticket home. End of story.

  • The individual national details of all this aren't so important in the long run. Ultimately, you just need to know who you are and what you are not. Start simple and work upwards. There are likely to be people in Finland doing the same hard work, have a look for them.

Unfortunately for us here, all the UK based commercial redemption technology very likely has a time limit on it, in the form of the incoming submission to the E.U. For now however, it's useful stuff to know.

  • What about contempt in the face of court A T ?

  • That sort of behaviour is reactionary and unacceptable. However, under lesser circumstances where violence has not been threatened, I would just apologise. It's very simple. Can you say, "I'm sorry, Sir, I did not mean to offend you or this court in any way. Now, are you operating under the presumption that I have consented to the jurisdiction of this court? For and on the record."

  • "While the judge was delivering judgment in a Children Act matter, the father interrupted her with foul and abusive language directed at the mother and her solicitor; the father then threatened the mothers solicitor and moved to attack him and the mother.

  • There followed a violent and protracted struggle which required five people eventually to contain and subdue the father. The judge ordered the father to be arrested and said: He is remanded in custody forthwith and he will be dealt with for CONTEMPT in the FACE of the COURT.

  • hOw abOut having a jOb talking On behalf Of people?

lOOks like yOu pretty:) brilliant at it;)

    And have fun at it!

  • So by fallowing ANY order the court gives you. Your under their jurisdiction?!

  • You just won a cigar.

  • Wow I've never realized any of this before. But your videos have changed that. I've started to study and research and dig deeper. And I'm starting to realize this system we thought was there to protect us. Is nothing more than a bissness built for profit. I look forward to more of your videos. Thank you

  • You seem o be referring english courts. sorry if the seems silly, but does this hold same within american ones?

  • Yes, it applies to US courts to the same degree.

  • That is not a correct statement. If you are referring to Constitutional rights; general, or subject matter jurisdiction or original jurisdiction, ART I and III of the U.S. Constitution differs from U.K. courts. Furthermore, before you start discussing personal entitlements protected by old English Law, and the Magna Carta of 1215, be sure to educate people on the definitions of [Subject Matter Jurisdiction] Venue and [Personal Jurisdiction}. Argumentative denials are not effective defenses FYI

  • TheAntiterrorist is a cool cat. Either you are a lawyer or spent a ton of time in court. cool stuff man

  • This is a very entertaining series of vids. The judge cracks me up!

  • Urghhghg!!!!

That is soo loong and boring to understand.

No wonder f*cking why these courts are effective against innocent souls; they bore and babble to death to conviction!

  • Legal speak is deliberately written in such a way as to confuse the very people it is designed to con . As Rob Meynard says 'they confuse you with words'. Once you understand their language you can use it against them. The PTB are arsholes but they are not stupid. However their power over you relies on you not knowing or understanding your rights. Persist and eventually you will tune your mind to this language and the pennies will start to drop. Be patient.

  • I wonder what the G20 will bring us, a new world bank and a new currency? anyways the recently predicted "summer of rage" isn't helped by those officers who dish out the baton or push people to their death (albeit unintentionally) live on video.... oh well, how to calm the public unrest? well have to wait and see... i don't think people are going to take much more.
