@RioMondego, that's some kind of wood flute, is it not? I know Carmina Burana very well, and I'm pretty certain this is not part of it. It's beautiful, but I'm guessing it's an original composition.
@TheRadar77 They are really beautiful when seen with the naked eye, because they move, wave and change. However, long-exposure photography will make them brighter and fuzzier (because they move as the picture is being taken). You should take a winter vacation in Tromsø, Norway one day and see them for yourself :)
Its seems fake, but its not. I have my self seen this in my city, Trondheim. Long time ago but it occurs there to, tho Trondheim is very far south In Norway. Compared to Tromsø and Svaldbard.
wooooooooooooow! amazing!, its really Beautiful!I can't imagine such a wonderful moment from the other side of the earth.. .. a nature is a great adventure.. wish i could see them too someday and somehow ,, nice sharing of this video at least by here I can go by my mind and soul,..feel the nature itself.. great job!
Its definitely amazing. Today my teacher mentioned northern lights. In my country, Turkey, to see this nature event isn't possible or I haven't seen it before. In this video movements of clouds aren't recognized but the nature in the pictures seems very beautiful. Thank u very much for sharing this video with us.
And also can u share the name of music? Video and music are in harmonious.
I am glad you enjoyed the video. The music is from Carmina Burana, a cantata composed by Carl Orff (h t t p : / / e n . wikipedia . org / wiki / Carmina _Burana ( Orff )
Northern Lights Aren't Star.. it is a solar waves coming from solar storm from the sun.. Prediction has made on year 2011. there will be a major Solar Storm that will hit the earth and some planets and cause severe Blackout for a month or year/s due to huge solar energy that are colliding above and produce contraction, ignition that can cause explosion on power plants. that was a prediction only. I've seen it on Discovery Channel Last Month.
im goin to Iceland next january, im lookin forward to seein the northern lights, i've never seen anythin like it in my life and im sure it will be even more amazin to see it in person.
ahh the beauty of the world... I remember seeing this in my country, Iceland. It was the most beautiful thing in my life. The colors were truly dancing in the sky :)

Well...Believe what you want. Again, it is from Carmina Burana, more specifically, Carmina Burana S. XIII - original version - CD2, Track Number 6.
For your information, tracks 7, 8, & 9 of the same CD, also use wooden instruments.
