  • Sorry I meant to say CDJ 2000 (...without transferring....I have 2 CDJ....)

  • Hey Ellaskins, can you use the sampler to record and playback without transferring it to a cdj 200? Can it be used as a tradition sampler like on the djm 400. I need a mixer with sampler...I have 2 cdj's 200/djm 700...looking to sell my djm 700 and get either djm 400 or 2000. If it does on the fly sampling inaddition to all other features then I'll buy. I have a Roland SP555 for my presents...but need a mixer for on the fly sampling....

  • tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,taaaaaapppp...aaaaaaaaaaaa

  • the plate change the color from white to red with serato scratch live sl3 please let me know

  • i'm have DJM 2000 & CDJ 2000 & macbook air & macbook pro . people vietnam

  • Hi I love yor video it Great. I am thinking to start learning, do you thing I can buy this model for starting up.

    Thanks

  • @Davidhklin003 I'd take a less expensive setup - unless you have a decent budget which you can mindlessly spend on your gear. This setup is one of the most professional set-ups. Of course you can start out with these, but maybe a less expensive kit is more suitable. I think the CDJ 2000 is now at $1900 - $2000 (you need two of those). That mixer (the DJM 2000) is at $3000. That's $7000 (£4,440.93, €5,068.61)

  • OMIGOD! What a toy!! Your only limit is your imagination! Impressive! Keep up the great vids!

  • Nooo 360 8(

  • whats the name of the track u recorded ?

  • little quiz: where are 6000€ hidden in the video?

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome Video. Your videos are great and at 7:15 you were soo right with that comparison.

  • all the little lights are blinking so mighty beautiful maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan GIMME THOOSE!!!!!

  • tatatatatatatatatata :D

  • 2x2 2 ppl can use this mixer easy :)

  • when you started using the filter at 7:35 my heart skipped a beat :D!

  • u need like 3-4 hands to really use that mixer and all of its effects

  • i have this all ! wit 30 watt speakers!!! noo XD 200 watt :p

  • SO MANY BLINKING LIGHTS, THEY ARE BLINKING AND FLASHING AND BLEEPING AND FLASHING...

  • how much does it cost all this shit man?

  • @LiakosObig Thousands.

  • How did you stop it at 3:00??

  • @MegaBedooo sample ended there, look at LCD of right cdplayer, you can see sample path and it ends when he says stop, but looks cool anyway :P

  • @MegaBedooo He did not looped it, so it just played the recorded sample and then it stops. Later in the vid, (5:25) he is looping it, so it will play the recorded sample over and over.

  • @MegaBedooo The recorded clip finished playing at 3:00

  • i see the players as the most pointless things in the world price 1500 for 1 player and no mixer the answer is simple traktor s4 an a laptop under a 1000 and do more

  • j you are way too rich!

  • WTF - that sounds like an absolute mess?

  • @simoran1 I guess ellaskins' videos are new to you? Get used to it, or don't watch them. I prefer the latter.

  • i learn so much from u dude

  • The "ta-ta" quadrouple tap thing effect was awesome!

  • Beautiful kit! Big up

  • One dislike is guy who don't have money to buy CDJ and DJM 2000... -_-'

  • @djplayer93 Buy a Denon, is as good as this, cost half and have much better quality in every aspect also the pro line is made in Japan no Malasia so you know where the quality starts

  • u think you should just do like a 15 minute mix of you giving it your all so we can see how good you are

  • I doubt many people will learn from this tutorial, because not many people own this kit, lol.

  • a lad i know has all that kit... LUCKY FUCKER!!

  • i dont care anymore for equioment cuz music is what matters : ) i saw sooo many times great equipment and really bad pop music coming from it :( so stick with what u like...

  • @z00h being a dj is for the music, not to work with te best gear,

not to be the best, not to stand infront of the crowd and thinkin, i am a dj ahaha and you people are just standing there look at me i am cool,

bein a DJ is if you love the music, it doesn't matter to me with which gear i work.. or where, i doo it for the crowd that goes wild because i am mixxing:D thats why i am a dj..

  • @sjoukedroegbrea You are very correct, the equipment is great, but too many DJs only care about the equipment. The passion in your heart matters more, you could have every piece of expensive equipment they make and still suck as a DJ. I will rock a party with 2 Fisher price turntables and a mixer if I had too. You don't have to have $10,000 worth of equipment to be a good DJ! It all breaks down eventually!

  • that is too many options for me :/

    for now ;]

  • wow, so much bling bling blinking it's ridiculous. I've got a theory, in the rave days (...-1998) tunes were good therefore there was no need for all this crap like looping, cutting, blinking, FX and so on. Even beatmatching didn't have to be perfect because people were there for the music not djs. Now that the music is crap ... you catch my drift.

  • @z00h you sir, need to keep up with time...

  • @TheLozerPwner lol, thanks I have my own brain.

  • @z00h :P

  • nice

  • what song where you useing?

  • i own this setup! woot!

  • over $6000USD sitting on that table...dayummmm

  • practice n droll over the setup

  • if i could afford tht i wouldnt be on youtube right now

  • Sounds like 1 of those spring door stops when you ping it

  • I wish I had a set like this

  • thats why every body is mixing on laptops cause you can do things like that with a good midi contoller and traktor or virtual

  • @darkpa1n KEEP THE VINYL ALIVE!

  • @bmxican64 yea i know, thats why i use traktor scratch with time code and also real vinyls too

  • ill never afford these there more than a car.

  • hey ellaskin! i know it might be a big request but i would love to see you do a live set. =D

  • @morelliSS He does blogtv normaly at least once a week

  • I think you should credit the music you use, :).. anyways I love watching this vid although i dont really DJ... hopefully in the future i can afford something

  • @DKF22 oh nvmd lol you said it in the vid i just missed it :P!P! :( sorry

  • no i just need to sell my family, then i can afford it

  • they made the djm2000 too complicated, the touch screen was un-necessary.

  • is that a fisheye lens?

  • man u must have alot of gear??? all for free no doubt for promotin the products...

  • EXPEEEENSIVVE

  • yeah, have some fun... if you have DJM- 2000 :/

  • nice set u got

  • IMO the CDJ 2000's look better next to a DJM 2000 than a DJM 800 that all the superstar DJ's are using. That said,i do think the CDJ 1000 MK3's are better looking CDJ's and that the 1000 MK3's looks at their best next to a DJM 800.

  • Have I ever told you, I love you man :D

  • The effect in the end is simply beautiful :)

  • Epic

  • after watching vids about the allen & heath db4 this looks like kindergarden :D this doesn't mean that the dj is bad! only the equipment...

  • I wish i had this!

  • @AskEvanGo do you have around 8Grandish? because thats how much it will cost you

  • @ZerhOfficial I have $1 right now and someone but a "B" one "R"

  • @AskEvanGo "B" one "R"?

  • @ZerhOfficial "Boner" They drew a B in front of where it says "One" on the $1 bill. They also but an "R" after it.

    So it says boner.

  • Who, I'm jealous :-)

  • finally a video on the djm 2000!

  • I love the way you keep everything so PURE. New DJ's use Serato and pretend that it's DJ HERO. I love your videos because you show DJ's how to use the new technology out there and make mixes better.

    Amazing stuff Sir.

  • That one... Stop. haha love it =)

  • so jealous of your set-up...
