WOW, I never imagined employers want to know about credit before offering a position. Why? Why do they care? Interesting to know what impacts credit scores. I've never heard this % breakdown before.

@Marvagoeshome Marva, whether right or wrong...good or bad, employers believe a person's credit directly relates to job performance and stability. They believe bad credit might distract an employee from doing his/her job. Other reasons exist as well, but you get the picture. It's 100% legal for employers to determine qualifications. It's sad qualified, experienced people get overlooked because of bad credit. I knew you'd be surprised once you saw the rapid rescore...35% :)
