The dough is not stuck. Keep an eye on its shape, and the air pockets that are forming and being stretched out. It is actually stretching the dough around the 3rd blade, You don't want to "mix" dough, you want to "kneed it" like our grandmas have been doing for generations.
@elmersgliu1 My question as well.. it looks like it's just stuck to the blades going for a ride and not kneading. I'm pondering buying one of these but I've seen several vids showing this same thing, in which case I'm not sure how it would be better than my Kitchenaid stand mixer for making pizza dough, as often it gets stuck to the spiral hook and does the same thing.
My mom had a kitchenaid growing up and used it all the time. When I met my wife she told me her mom had a Bosch universal and it was far better. I didnt beleive her till I saw her making 8 loaves of bread in hers. Now I had never tried making bread in my kitchen aid so I thought I would try with a small 2 loaf recipie first, well it stalled the motor and almost burt it out. So I sold the kitchenaid and bought a bosch and have been happy ever since lol
Hi...I had been a skeptic of these mixers for years...Until, that is, I bought one (Universal Plus, like the video) about 10 months ago. I have never used a better mixer for whipping egg whites or for kneading dough. I only wish that the external plastic of the Bosch machines were more in line with the heavy duty capabilities of the mixer.
that's the thing though, they never break. Though you can get the SS mixing bowl. At first you think, wow, there's plastic here, and then you realize it's a very special thing. It never quites, gives up or dies, the best part is that you can mix 6-8 loafs of bread with ZERO issues and total ease, but the machine only weighs 15-20 lbs. That's why my wife loves it because it's so easy to store move around etc. Try that with an 800w kitchenaid....sweet mother it will break your back

Is the dough just going around in circles?

Nice! Can you put up a video of taking the mixer apart for cleaning? There doesn't seem to be anything about that yet...
