@milospetrovickoja Zoro's a human, Kenpachi is a shinigami. I used to watch Bleach, and he used to be my favourite character. Their plot is just too different, even the entirety of the characters itself because One Piece characters are more human-like so it really isn't helpful judging like that. Kenpachi is bad-ass but I still think he needs more appearances than usual. The thing that makes Zoro more bad-ass is how he's a human but he's a fucking beast with all the bad-assery he's done.

Given how powerful the Straw Hats are now, I find it hard to believe and a little depressing that at some point they'll start winning battles by the skin of their teeth like the old days, as opposed to the complete domination that they deal out currently. I mean it's not like Akainu, Kizaru, Smoker, etc haven't been training the past 2 years =/

The admirals are in their primes right now for sure especially akainu, also when you get to their level you can't move up much anymore because age hits you hard and you'll your power output will just decline from there. Look at garp or even whitebeard for example he was the strongest man in the world but was still taking hits he could've dodged or gotten heart attacks. That's why you have the younger generation to fill in the spots.
