@skoolkidy I have a theory (and a mad one) that any ex-hollow that is killed and goes to soul society has an inner hollow. It obviously rarely manifests, but it is there. Thus, such an ex-hollow could become a Vizard with sufficient training. But back to your point. I guess that hollows who manage to get in these places it means they must be crazy strong. Thus they must be souls of more evil people (I think) and thus they'll go to hell. Flawed but it works.

@skoolkidy Didn't they say in the actual anime (one of the earlier chapters/episodes) that when a soul which became a minus after its death (by having its soul chain cut or something) was killed by a shinigami the soul belonging to the human which became a hollow then goes off to Soul Society as a normal plus?
And also, the word "theory" means something that has yet to be proven. Although it still isn't disproved because of what I said 2 lines over.

Additionally "La Garganta" looks really different from the gate of hell... So I'm pretty sure that Hell and Hueco Mundo are two different places. So my theory that hollows which were minuses prior to their death (as a human) go to hell and hollows which were pluses prior to their death (as a human) go to Soul Society.
