  • See "slizzardman" s video where he holds the flag for time. See if you can beat him! Also his extended leg hold for time.

  • @Jeminz92 If I had a "discipline" I would say that I am, in fact, into bodybuilding.

    I just enjoy exercises like these. My squat isn't as great as I'd like it, due to a spinal injury 2 years ago. It limits the amount of pressure my spine can handle.

  • @classicdinner Sure, I do hypertrophy routines for my arms, and pretty much the rest of my body.

    Spinal compression is where I get pain. At this point, my abs and lower back are tight and neutral, so there is no pain. PHYSICS!
