DUDE! good luck to you on both resolutions. Just some advice, be a little more specific on what you wanna do... Is there a certain number of subs that you're gonna try to get each month? Certain # of video views? Also put yourself on a schedule; upload on the same time/same day. And the best way to interact with audience, for me, is via a live show type of thing. As GaryVee says: CARE! Care about them and they'll care about you!
Good luck with the resolutions! I didn't make any this year, as I have a whole lot on my plate for 2012... the resolutions already existed. C ya!
