I know, I got CPMA long time ago but please, someone reply, I seriously don't know how to switch to VQ3 mode in CPMA so I could get exactly the same bar with health, ammo etc. So please somebody tell me. I would be forever grateful.

CPMA doesn't just mean diff HUD. It's a totally diff style of Quake gameplay, with far supperior movement to the default Quake 3 movement, much much faster gameplay. Supperior armor system to default normal Quake 3 which all give it far more strategy and a much higher level of skill to be achieved. Normal Quake 3 is for total noobs that need predictable movement and easy aim or that can't handle fast paced games

Team based InstaRail with grapple was the fucking shit, and very fast pace. I haven't played in over 2 years but I miss connecting to your fav server and TYPING to all your friends lol. I've since moved on to XBOX LIVE! and since then I've been best in the world for a few FPS games. Its no QuakeCon campionship though lol.

ROFL, you sound like a complete noob. Grapple with rail was fucking easy. Since the vq3 physics and the grapple made it always very easy to predict where you would you have to aim. Rail wrecked Quake forever, all it die was give noobs an easy to use overpowered weapon. Vq3 movement makes railing way to easy. Xbox Live is a fucking joke. Paying to play games online is just stupid and the idea of an FPS on the console is just silly. You'll always have a much higher level of skill on the PC.

You are right but there is a solution, moveing on to quake 4. I mean of course it isnt as fast paced as q3 but they did solve the stupid rail by making it weaker. But q4 isnt worth moving on to just because of the rail.

Q4 1.4.2 is the shit..... it makes me weep that there's more people on 1.0 than 1.4.2. There'd be a decent communtiy in Q4 if they forced peeps to update. Especially since 1.4.2 is superior to everything b4 1.3. I love Q4 CTF, FT is fun, Duel is great too. I wished I coulda been around for the RA mod I seen in 1.3 but I didn't know any better back then.
