Are you kidding me. 6 of the top 10 Medical Schools are in the U.S. The doctors for the most part (there are exceptions in every country) are top notch. And should you need some sort of surgery, especially a life saving surgery or cancer treatment, the BEST doctors in the WORLD are HERE. Its not even debatable. I am sure a family full of Pre-existing conditions pays much more in health care premiums, but what can you expect, the doctors and insurance companies cannot work for free.

my favorite part on 911 was watching Americans jump to there death from the towers while bush read my pet goat i was in japan at the time a japanese/ canadian freind of mine turns to me and says.. my entire family on my mothers side died in nagasaki... pay backs a bitch mother fuckers!

I agree with petrolhead - Canada's population is 30 million and USA's is 300 million. I wouldn't be slamming Canada if I were from a country (USA) that still practices polygamy, KKK, no free health care, high level of illiteracy, etc. Canada is on the top ten list of best places to live in the world; USA didn't make the top ten!
