Considering her age, the obviously poor acoustics in the room she's in, and her age, she's actually really good. She just needs to choose a better song for her voice. I love Alicia Keys, but I would love to hear her sing something more soft and melodic... something with a melody that can show off her skills. Hate on her all you want, she seems plenty confident to take it.

And whoever told her she's going to get hoarse by singing... you're dead wrong, she wasn't stressing her voice. :P
