He had another 7 of spades in the deck that he did a move called a classic force so that he would chose the 7. He made it vanish, there are many ways to do that. And then boom, it makes it look like it went into his wallet.

the class force is pretty easy. See at 0:34 he cuts the deck in half? Well the 7 is on the bottom and then he cuts it in half holding his pinky there so he doesn't lose the 7. And then he goes through the cards telling him to chose a card, and the force is all about timing, about the time he points his finger at a card you have to time it so you get to the middle where you are holding that pinky break so then he forced the 7 on him.
