I used construction paper. You can find it in the arts and craft section of your local mega mart. Maybe even at the drug store. I usually see it in multi-color packs. It's really more of a foam than paper.
OMG you're the greatest parent ever! If i would've had costumes like this as a kid halloween would've been so much better!!! :D I made my boyfriend a werewolf outfit last halloween as well and we scared little kids so bad! They will remember that halloween night forever! :D
