Celeron is not for gaming.. its FSB is not high enough compared to P4.

Look, no matter how high your FPS is, it won't perform any better after it's exceeded your monitor's refresh rate. 50-75 is most likely far beyond.

BTW, your PC is still slow, why dont change your processor to even an LGA model? or even invest with a AMD athlon? Come on man...1.5GB ram? Seriously? @bayonet14 mm....try using 3d analyzer but ... you have laggg because fx5500 have pix sh 2 and if you run games on pix sh 3 ,,certainly will not work ! I recommend you try an alternative, such as Prince of Percia and Combat Arms , Operation 7. bye !

cool... i have this problem.. i'm using P4 2.66Ghz, same GPU & having 2 GB ram.. i can play PES 2009 but it has some lagging during gameplay (still playable but irritating).. but the worst part is on replay or when close up.. is FX 5500 just not powerful enuff to play it OR is it because I was using win 7? should i change to win XP for playing this game? thanks for reading my question.. really need help here.. :)

For fx5500 card is good to use Windows XP because on Windows 7 have more lag..

Conclusion:

Use Windows XP if you want gaming performance.

@Malasuerte94 , thanks a zillion.. i thought so but nobody confirms it.. the only problem i got is i cant install xp from bootable cd.. dont know why? i dont have dvd of win 7 to re-format everything.. how can i install xp without touching my win 7? i love to have both of them...
