The drums and sweep with the side compression sounds good and the sampling is cool but then afterwards it just sounds like noise... its not melodically pleasing to the ears.

Interesting. I definitely thought there could have been more of a melodic twist to the beat considering you got a sample of Lady Gaga's lyrics that didn't have any background noise in it. Overall, although I personally liked listening to it, I don't think it would do well in front of a large audience, but maybe you guys weren't going for a popular sound...I don't know.
Props on the editing though, it was definitely pretty cool.
