Great line-up! I love Josie, and Sandi and Mike are such a brilliant pairing. I love how Sandi is unexpectedly naughty sometimes *g* Denalda is really good too, especially since it's her first (and strangely last) show.

You would never see this kind of thing on the American version.

Im not calling the American version sexist, Im just saying they were much less flexible with the casting lineup.

It's not common at all to see female contestants outnumber male contestants.

That NEVER happened in the American Whose Line, as far as I can recall, the most women they had in any episode was one, and it was either Kathy Greenwood or Denny Siegel.

While Josie DID appear on the US version of Whose Line, it was only for one or two episodes. Same went for Kathy Kinney and Karen Maruyama.

It was a joke aimed at the comment that this was the only show to have three female contestants. Sandi Toksvig is a major league lesbian. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

But she did appear in at least one episode. Two if I recall correctly, the second one being from the same taping.

@thisisntagoodname I agree, although I think part of that was the fact that the American line-up very quickly settled into 3 regular members - Colin, Ryan, and Wayne - and one guest. in the UK version it seemed they alternated a lot more regularly.

@evenstar0 Yes, but this was also only the third season of the show, before Colin was really noticed for his talent (Ryan was in some other episodes but also laid low). Not until the 6th season of the UK version did Colin and Ryan start appearing in every episode.
